★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR assistência. Cobraram R$ 700 reais pelo conserto de tela e ja quebrou na primeira queda. Falaram que tinha reembolso mas não deram nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento. Garantia de seis meses na troca de peças. Levei na assistência Apple, da Saraiva do Shopping Morumbi.O rapaz disse que era a placa, que não tinha conserto. Propôs aquela troca por um novo por volta de R$1400. Na ISolution falaram que era a bateria mas disseram que não podiam garantir o bom funcionamento, então não haveria garantia. Na ICare trocaram a bateria e o iphone tá funcionando perfeitamente.

funcionava. Voltei e conseguiram trocar igual a cara, ou seja nem testaram porque o menu não funcionava. Como eu vi na hora da retirada, o rapaz trocou de novo. Para minha surpresa, agora o som ao gravar vídeos NÃO FUNCIONA. Sem falar que meu celular está com a lateral toda riscada de tanto que abriram. UM LIXO!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamente insatisfeito com o serviço. NÃO RECOMENDO. Derrubei líquido no meu macbook e fui levar para o conserto neste lugar (por proximidade). No primeiro orçamento, me falaram que faziam em 1 dia por R$670. No dia seguinte, liguei novamente e fui informado que o serviço de limpeza nunca foi feito em 1 dia, que demorava de 3 a 5 dias e custava R$300.Não sabem nem do que estão falando. Deixei meu notebook e fui buscar depois de 4 dias. Meu mac está pior do que quando deixei, apresentando problemas de bateria (que não tinha!), backlight com defeito, deslocaram a placa receptora do thunderbolt, não consigo conectar mais meus cabos e além de tudo isso ainda espanaram todos os parafusos de trás do meu computador. Estou levando numa assistência AUTORIZADA, pois esse serviço é uma brincadeira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistência muito prestativa. Os funcionários, além de muito competentes, são sempre super honestos durante a avaliação do problema. Recentemente, fui ao Dr Mac porque estava com problemas no hd externo e eles me orientaram por meia hr e me ajudaram a resolver o problema sozinha. Não me cobraram nada pela orientação e foram super transparentes. Isso já aconteceu mais de uma vez comigo sendo atendida pelo Dr. Mac. Indico a todos!
Very helpful assistance. The employees, besides being very competent, are always super honest when evaluating the problem. I recently went to Dr Mac because I was having problems with the external hard drive and they guided me for half an hour and helped me solve the problem myself. They didn’t charge me for guidance and were super transparent. This has happened more than once with me being attended to by Dr. Mac.
