★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sob recomendação de um amigo, levei meu carro para a oficina no final de Setembro de 2021. O bichinho estava com vazamento no radiador e, consequentemente, acabou compromentendo o motor.
Cheguei ao o Sr. Ita e relatei o fato da luz de óleo do painel sempre ligar, o barulho de "Tec-Tec" do motor, entre outras coisas. Uma avaliação seria feita pelo mesmo para verificar se seria promissor o investimento para retifica do motor.
"Sim, vamos fazer!" foi a posição do Sr. Ita.
Compartilhei minha FRUSTAÇÃO de investir 5000 reais pra arrumar meu carro e não ficar bom, e mesmo assim fizemos o serviço com garantia dele de que ia ficar bom. "Não quero você daqui 6 meses com o carro ruim", foi uma de suas frases motivadoras para me convencer a fazer o investimento.
Algumas semanas depois voltei para buscar o carro:
- motor persistiu o "tec-tec";
- luz de óleo do painel acendeu;
- a embreagem ficava "seca" e "dura" depois do carro quente;
Acionei o Sr. Ita de imediato para relatar os problemas que vinha enfrentando com o carro. Deixei o carro lá e quando fui pegar, a mesma coisa. Ele citou que poderiam ser recorrentes da parte de baixo do motor, das quais disse que não era especializado.
Então por quê aceitou fazer o trabalho vista as condições apresentadas?
Posteriormente, começa a vazar óleo do motor. Levei o na oficina e nada foi feito para tratativa.
Minha experiência foi péssima, pois além de não chegar nem perto das minhas expectativas, O CARRO VOLTOU PARA RETIFICA EM 3 MESES.
(levei em outro mecânico). Encaminhei um áudio para o Whats da oficina, compartilhando tudo, na maior tranquilidade, pois como cliente, gostaria de dar meu feedback e ouvir o deles. Não fui respondido.
Não volto a não indico a ninguém!
On the recommendation of a friend, I took my car to the workshop at the end of September 2021. The bug had a leak in the radiator and, consequently, ended up compromising the engine.
I got to Mr. Ita and reported the fact that the oil light on the dashboard always turned on, the engine's "Tec-Tec" noise, among other things. An evaluation would be made by the same to verify if the investment for rectifying the engine would be promising.
"Yes, let's do it!" was Mr. Ita's position.
I shared my FRUSTRATION of investing 5000 reais to fix my car and it wouldn't be good, and even then we did the service with his guarantee that it would be good. "I don't want you in 6 months with a bad car", was one of his motivating phrases to convince me to make the investment.
A few weeks later I came back to pick up the car:
- engine persisted the "tec-tec";
- dashboard oil light came on;
- the clutch was "dry" and "hard" after the hot car;
I called Mr. Ita immediately to report the problems I had been facing with the car. I left the car there and when I went to pick it up, the same thing. He mentioned that they could be recurrent from the underside of the engine, which he said he was not specialized.
So why did you accept to do the work given the conditions presented?
Subsequently, engine oil begins to leak. I took it to the workshop and nothing was done to deal with it.
My experience was terrible, because in addition to not coming even close to my expectations, THE CAR RETURNED TO RETIFY IN 3 MONTHS.
(I took it to another mechanic). I sent an audio to the workshop's Whats, sharing everything, in the greatest tranquility, because as a customer, I would like to give my feedback and hear theirs. I have not been answered.
I won't be recommending to anyone again!
