★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei e nunca tive problema, até o dia que precisei realizar a troca. Fui super mal atendido, os atendentes só sabiam dizer procura no meio da loja o Neto ou Edinaldo.
"O cliente vai saber saber quem é fulano ou ciclano? (Óbvio q não, e nem tem obrigação de saber, muito menos de ficar procurando)."
Fiquei super estressado, até q outro atendente resolveu me atender (depois de 20 minutos de espera).
Chega a ser cômico a postura da empresa com o cliente. Precisam rever essa postura. Isso não é jeito de se tratar o cliente. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tão boa fiz um pedido para o vendedor de fundo preparador para parede e não percebi que ele me vendeu seladora para parede isso gerou um grande desconforto tendo em vista que o serviço esta sendo feito longe e dei preferencia para comprar no bairro, devolveram o do dinheiro mas fique 1 dia sem trabalhar e tive que rodar 90 km para devolver !
E pra ajudar O Gerente nao resolve nada nessa loja ! Estou dando 1 estrela para poder postar !
Not so good I placed an order for the wall-mounted bottom seller and I didn't realize that he sold me a wall sealer. This caused a great deal of discomfort considering that the service is being done far away and I gave preference to buy in the neighborhood, they returned the money but stay 1 day without working and had to travel 90 km to return!
And to help The Manager does not solve anything in this store! I'm giving 1 star to be able to post!
