★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma péssima experiência, recebemos uma peça danificada a 1 mês e até hoje a Itacenter alega ter que aguardar o recebimento pela transportadora para me dar garantia! Não recomendo pois já tiveram prazo suficiente para me fazer a devolução do valor ou troca da peça. Indignada com a falta de caso e agilidade para resolver a situação pelo cliente! Se eu fizer 1/10 do que foi feito comigo na minha empresa estava morta. Cliente em primeiro lugar sempre, fazemos de tudo pela satisfação deles pois são os garantes responsáveis pela nossa empresa estar aqui!
 We had a bad experience, we received a damaged part 1 month ago and to this day Itacenter claims to have to wait for the carrier to receive it to give me a guarantee! I don't recommend it because they already had enough time for me to return the value or exchange the part. Outraged by the lack of case and agility to resolve the situation for the customer! If I do 1/10 of what was done to me in my company I would be dead. Customer first always, we do everything for their satisfaction because they are the guarantors responsible for our company being here!
