★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz mais de dois meses que preciso de peças de reposição para um forno pizza grill com pedra giratória, porém a empresa não responde e-mail, não passa informações pelo telefone, não responde o chat do Facebook. Complicado, é um descaso com o cliente.
I have needed replacement parts for a pizza grill oven with a rotating stone for over two months, but the company does not answer e-mail, does not send information over the phone, does not answer the Facebook chat. Complicated, it is a neglect with the customer.

Great stoves with good workmanship and meet customer needs regarding the quality of burners and flames. I always find spare parts.

I have an industrial kitchen in Joinville-SC and I always buy stoves with the Cozinha e Fogão store here in the city, formerly Casa do Fogão, they indicated the brand to me because of the ease of spare parts and post warranty assistance and I proved the veracity of the information in the store in the last few months, everything i needed parts for my stoves they delivered to me in less than 10 days. Congratulations both to Itaobi stoves and to the store that represents you. Very fast, really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fogão mono boca para deixar ao lado da minha churrasqueira. tive um pequeno vazamento logo na instalação e em contato com Higor da assistência técnica fui prontamente atendido e o técnico veio na minha residência, após esse episodio tive uma peço que quebrou e novamente eles me ajudaram com a troca. Parabéns pelo suporte ao cliente.
I bought a single burner stove to place beside my grill. I had a small leak right at the installation and in contact with Higor from the technical assistance I was promptly assisted and the technician came to my residence, after this episode I had a part that broke and again they helped me with the exchange. Congratulations on customer support.
