Quer atendimento apenas presencial, não respeitando as limitações dos clientes e nem se quer sugeriu uma apresentação via vídeo conferência. Péssimo atendimento. Gerente da loja favor treinar seus funcionários melhor. Também irei fazer a reclamação na italínea, pois segundo a vendedora são exigências da marca.
If I could give zero stars I would, the attendance of the seller Mari was terrible. In the middle of a pandemic, there was no empathy. It only wants face-to-face service, not respecting the limitations of the customers, nor does it even suggest a presentation via video conference. Terrible attendance. Store manager please train your employees better. I will also make the complaint in Italian, because according to the seller are brand demands.
