Congratulations to the store, as the service was perfect from the designer Julia to the assembly team. They met the delivery and assembly dates on time. The assemblers did everything on whim and my kitchen and my room were beautiful!!! It's worth it here and I definitely recommend this company.

I tell a story of disappointment, regret and irresignation with this store, hoping that whoever reads this story will rethink their choice. It starts from the first service, with the salesperson Samanta, who despite being kind, made unprofessional comments, eg: "I'm going to remove this bunch of pillows, I forget that not all customers are rich". There were also other discomforts after the approval and closing of the purchase, but everything was clear, as always when it was time to sell, it was resolved instantly, with all the care and attention that is offered when closing the contract. This contract costs almost R$28,000.00. From then on, after 7 months already paying for the furniture, we scheduled the official measurement and with that came the executive project phase "final project". From the beginning, Ms. Érika - designer, all full of herself and her arrogance, set up the project with numerous wrong things, in disagreement with the initial project made by the seller. Asked, she replied that the details "had not been passed on to her". Now, the executive project should be based on the initial project, no one would need to pass on information, not even know how to read, it would be enough to know how to look at the drawing. The designer, with all her arrogance, still said that there were things in our project that would not have been possible to materialize and that should have been observed in the initial project, as if the responsibility was ours for preparing the initial project. In addition, at the time of signing the final project, I wanted to increase the delivery time by 15 working days more than the contracted one, remove the cushioned hinges falsely delivered as a gift under the initial contract, and we also discovered that we were charged for 'tok' closures that didn't even exist. We also discovered that there were several 25mm parts included in the initial project and at the end, neither the seller nor the designer knew what they were and where they were in the project, but we paid for them, that is, cheated. Other than that, despite asking for the models and dimensions of the appliances that would make up the project, she simply included generic information that the furniture should be adjusted on site. All communication from the signing of the contract with the seller was broken, she simply didn't know anything, it wasn't with her, she had no contact with the final designer, etc. How in a company of this size, which works in this segment, employees do not have integrated information and do not communicate? How can something go right working this way? Finally, the assembly: furniture with the wrong color. We bought a BRL 1,300.00 built-in debugger, so that in the end it was not possible, the assembler alleging that the cabinet parts should have already been adapted for this, and that it would not be possible to adjust to be built-in, that is, due to sheer laziness or the designer's unpreparedness, we pay 3 times more for a built-in debugger, so that it stays outside the furniture in the end. In addition, crooked doors, poorly made adjustments, cracked parts, handles catching on other walls of the furniture and scratching, and I was even forced to hear from one of the assemblers the following phrase "a ticket of 20,000 and we take 5 days to assemble, we set one on the beach from 50,000 in 3", as if it were a problem and little, we spent "ONLY" 28,000. In other words, almost 30,000 reais to have furniture cracked and installed crookedly. Finally, the assemblers drop me a piece of wood with metal parts in a unit on the ground floor, where there are children, putting me in a possible duty to indemnify! That is, a lot of disrespect, a lot of deception and NO human preparation for anything. From the beginning to the end of the contract execution. The material for the furniture even seems to have some quality. On the other hand, the human capital of this company is rubbish. I don't recommend it to anyone. Update (8/17): Don't be fooled by the answer below. The measures taken did not solve all the problems generated.

Very well attended first by Samantha and soon after, by Caio. Great negotiation and impeccable woodworking!! We made our kitchen and living room panel... we love the result, exactly as we dreamed. Delivery before the deadline.

My experience with Progettati Mobili has been amazing! Julia helped me design a beautiful, complete and functional project for my kitchen. It was so beautiful in the project that I even doubted if it would look the same at the time of assembly... But then it was time for the assembly and the professionals did a very well done job, they were very meticulous and gave me a lot of confidence during the assembly. The visual result was the same as the project, I thought it was amazing! About the deadline, I can't assess it precisely, because as I'm undergoing renovation, I myself had to delay the measurement schedule and, of course, everything was delayed a little, even more with the end-of-year recess period, but for me it was satisfactory. The photos are not yet of the complete kitchen, because the stone, cooktop, cleaning and some other details are missing, but you can get a sense of the beauty of the project that was very well planned with Julia's help. I really appreciate Julia's service, who was very attentive from the beginning of my contact and gave me a lot of security, Juliana who took care of the final project with some adjustments, the assembly team that proved to be very capable, experienced and meticulous, and the Luciene who promptly helped me in scheduling the assembly and the next day already contacted me to see if everything went well.
