It was beautiful, as I expected. Thank everyone since the sale to Eduardo who was very helpful and kind to me and my husband. Thank Planejare for the delivery before the deadline and for the assembly of the furniture for the efficiency and whim of the assemblers. Thank you very much from the heart. A começar pelo ótimo atendimento do vendedor Eduardo, que entendeu as minhas necessidades e teve muita paciência para deixar o meu projeto simplesmente perfeito. A empresa seguiu a risca todas as cláusulas do contrato e foi super pontual com a entrega, montagem e finalização do projeto. Não tive nenhum problema em nenhuma etapa desde a assinatura do contrato até a finalização da montagem. Um diferencial da empresa que achei excelente é que eles levam material com sobra, o que fez com que os acabamentos ficassem impecáveis. Neste primeiro momento fechamos apenas a cozinha, mas com certeza voltaremos para fazer os outros ambientes. RECOMENDO COM CERTEZA!
My experience with Italinea was excellent!
Starting with the excellent service provided by the seller Eduardo, who understood my needs and was very patient to make my project just perfect. The company strictly followed all the clauses of the contract and was super punctual with the delivery, assembly and completion of the project. I didn't have any problems at any stage from signing the contract to finalizing the assembly. One of the company's differentials that I found excellent is that they take plenty of material, which made the finishes impeccable. In this first moment, we just closed the kitchen, but we'll definitely be back to make the other environments. I CERTAINLY RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no ano passado fiz um projeto de uma cozinha planejada pra casa da minha mãe. fui na loja da Italinea localizado no Taboão da serra. fui atendida pela Naiara e pelo gerente da loja joão. fomos muito bem atendidos. a Naiara sempre muito educada, atenciosa. por fim... fechamos o projeto . não tivemos absolutamente nenhum problema com relação aos prazos para entrega, com a montagem. a loja foi pontual em todos os agendamentos realizados. cumpriram com tudo o que foi proposto. passado um tempo fiz outro projeto mas agora para a casa do meu irmão. fizemos o projeto de um guarda roupa. correu tudo maravilhosamente bem, realizaram a entrega e a montagem no prazo prometido. o pessoal da montagem muito educado, atenciosos e deixaram o ambiente organizado. tiveram cuidado com a montagem. em marco deste ano retornei a loja para fazer um armário com porta de vidros em volta da geladeira. a projetista naiara como sempre muito educada e paciente comigo, na elaboração do projeto, o gerente joão muito atencioso. fechei esse novo projeto com eles. realizaram a entrega e a montagem dos moveis exatamente no prazo proposto e novamente tudo feito com muito cuidado e atenção. já fiz outros projetos em outras lojas mas nunca vi o profissionalismo e o respeito como vi com essa loja. já tivemos diversos problemas com outras empresas o qual não tivemos experiencias boas. com toda certeza recomendo essa loja porque são muito responsáveis em tudo o que fazem. não houve uma etapa do processo o qual tive problema. Não foi a toa que esse é o terceiro projeto que executo nesta loja. estão todos de parabéns. agradeço mais uma vez a projetista Naiara que fez novamente um projeto incrivel, ao gerente da loja joão pelo carinho e atenção que teve comigo e com a minha familia, meus pais e meu irmão , agradeço aos entregadores que realizaram a entrega com todo cuidado e aos montadores que executaram tudo de forma maravilhosa.

We did the design of a wardrobe. everything went wonderfully, they delivered and assembled within the promised time. the assembly staff very polite, attentive and left the organized environment. They took care of the assembly. In March of this year I returned to the store to make a cabinet with a glass door around the refrigerator. the designer naiara as always very polite and patient with me, in the elaboration of the project, the manager joão very attentive. I closed this new project with them. performed the delivery and assembly of furniture exactly the proposed time and again all done with great care and attention. I've done other projects in other stores but have never seen the professionalism and respect as I saw with that store. we have had several problems with other companies which did not have good experiences. surely I recommend this shop because they are very responsible in everything they do. there was a process step which had a problem. It was not for nothing that this is the third project that I execute in this store. everyone is to be congratulated. I thank again the Naiara designer who made again an incredible project, the manager of the john store for the care and attention they had with me and my family, my parents and my brother, I thank the couriers who carried out the delivery carefully and editors who performed everything wonderfully.

Em especial o Eduardo nos auxiliou em tudooooo e os projetos ficaram um sonho,superaram nossas expectativas.
A equipe toda foi bacana, tivemos uma sintonia positiva com todos até o final; e aos montadores supêr educados conosco meu muito obrigado pela paciência rsrsrs...
Então cheguei a comentar para o Eduardo vou trazer minha mãe pra cá (não sei se ele botou fé) rsrs...
E falei ela tá começando a obra da casa nova...
E olha nós aqui kkkkk...
Agora já levei a mamys tá planejando a casa nova com eles tbém... A família Ribeiro Martins tá encantada com a qualidade do atendimento de vcs e merecem nossos aplausos??????????

Hello good afternoon, I'm Wiliana Ribeiro from Taboão da Serra. About two years ago we went to visit the store, my husband and I; and we love the service provided at the store by Eduardo and João. Eduardo especially helped us with everything and the projects were a dream, they exceeded our expectations.
The whole team was nice, we had a positive connection with everyone until the end; and to the super polite assemblers with us, thank you very much for your patience lol...
So I even commented to Eduardo I'm going to bring my mother here (I don't know if he believed) lol...
And I said she's starting work on the new house...

Essa compra foi feita à longo prazo em meio à pandemia, pelo site sem ter nenhuma recomendação, o início até o fim do projeto tudo feito on-line. Tudo saiu como o planejado não posso deixar de sitar a vendedora Tamires, uma profissional excelente sempre me mantendo atualizada, super atenciosa. Super recomendo!!!!!!
