Recebi depois dessa publicação telefonema da gerente, com pedido de desculpas, vale registrar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi um dos piores atendimentos que tive na vida. Entrei, esperei alguém me atender e nada, estavam todos ocupados e ninguém quis dar satisfação. Sem problemas, sai e voltei depois. Quando voltei, tinha uma senhora com cara de poucos amigos nos atendeu de forma grosseira e não quis saber do nosso projeto pois se tratava APENAS de suíte e cozinha. Se ganhar dinheiro está tão fácil acho que eles deveriam deixar uma placa: "Apenas projetos acima de 200 mil". Imagine o pós venda?
It was one of the worst calls I've had in my life. I went in, waited for someone to answer me and nothing, they were all busy and nobody wanted to give satisfaction. No problem, I left and came back later. When I came back, there was a lady with a few friends' face who was rude to us and I didn't want to know about our project because it was ONLY a suite and kitchen. If making money is so easy I think they should leave a sign: "Only projects over 200,000". Imagine the after sales?

A vendedora LILIAN da loja de Moema, foi uma grata surpresa no processo: extremamente atenciosa, paciente (até chegar no projeto que queríamos), deu várias dicas (ela trabalha lá há mais de 15 anos) e me deu suporte em todas as etapas do projeto. O dono da loja ALEXANDRE também foi extremamente disponivel em me auxiliar na indicação e contratação de outros profissionais (mármore, retirada dos armarios antigos), sempre muito cordial e interessado em resolver qualquer detalhe necessário para que minha cozinha ficasse do jeito que imaginei.
A entrega foi antecipada em 15 dias (que felicidade!) e eu não poderia estar mais satisfeita com o resultado final.
Parabéns Todeschini MOEMA, vocês foram NOTA 10 do começo ao fim!!!!

The store owner ALEXANDRE was also extremely available to help me in the indication and hiring of other professionals (marble, removal of old cabinets), always very cordial and interested in solving any necessary detail so that my kitchen was the way I imagined it.
Delivery was anticipated by 15 days (what a joy!) and I couldn't be more pleased with the final result.
