★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando for realizar um projeto com eles, atente-se a todos os detalhes, pois eles pressupõem que o cliente conhece do assunto. Apontei um móvel que estava no mostruário e deixei claro que o queria em brilho, o vendedor entendeu que eu havia escolhido somente o gaveteiro em brilho, quando na verdade, eu queria igual ao que estava exposto. Se eu não tivesse comentado sobre os modelos de puxador, o modelo que iria no meu móvel seria o que o vendedor achava que era melhor, e não algum da infinidade de possibilidades. Sorte que pelo menos isso, eu vi antes e questionei. Enfim, quando procuro uma loja especializada, gosto de ser atendida por especialistas, e não vendedores passivos que não questionam todas as possibilidades de composição dos móveis.

If I hadn't commented on the handle models, the model that would go on my furniture would be the one the seller thought was best, and not one of the infinity of possibilities. Lucky that at least this, I saw it before and questioned it. Anyway, when I look for a specialized store, I like to be attended by specialists, and not passive salespeople who don't question all the possibilities of furniture composition.
