A funcionaria te marcou o dia da visita e 30 minutos antes do horário combinado pediu que alguém entrasse em contato avisando que tinha um cliente para atender na loja.... Péssimo serviço
Bad experience. I couldn't even get them to honor a date to carry out the project. I imagine the headache it would be to deliver it. Segundo se teve que comprar algum acessório para a instalação dos armários provavelmente a base onde foi feita a instalação não estava adequada para receber os armários com as ferragens convencionais. Terceiro todas nossas montagens no final é fornecida uma ordem de serviço para o cliente relatar algum problema na mercadoria ou na montagem e não temos em nossos registros ordem de serviço ralatando o que você escreveu. Desde já nos colocamos a disposição para esclarecer qualquer dúvida ou problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já tive. Aliás, não fomos atendidos nas duas vezes em que estivemos na loja. A primeira vez estávamos buscando um projeto para o quarto dos nossos filhos, a pessoa disse que não poderia nos atender naquele momento, pegou as medidas do quarto e nosso contato, disse que daria retorno porém nunca ligou. Dois dias atrás, ao entrarmos na loja novamente, um funcionário que estava no andar de cima nos atendeu de lá mesmo, perguntou se poderia ajudar, disse que estava a procura de uma escrivaninha para quarto de menina e o mesmo não se deu nem o trabalho de descer e entender como poderia nos atender dizendo somente um NÃO lá de cima mesmo. Não recomendo!
