 I could not help assessing my satisfaction with this store. I was very well attended even when I was still "planning" to buy a kitchen. I knew how to wait for the right moment and I realized the dream of the planned kitchen. they rode before the deadline and exceeded my expectations, it was better than I imagined. Super satisfied. Thank you Neuris, Fernanda and team. 100% professional staff, honest and I say more they didn't sell me a kitchen ... it was a dream ?

Desde o meu primeiro apartamento até os últimos projetos da minha casa, não tive o menor problema em nenhum deles, e pelo contrário, só tenho motivos para elogiar e indicar para meus amigos. Ao todo foram uns 10 projetos e sempre sou surpreendido pela qualidade e dedicação da equipe em todas as fazes do projeto

Fechamos contrato no dia 26/12/2019, na correria para que pudessemos receber os produtos (vendidos de uma forma e entregues de outra) antes do carnaval/2020, ou seja, na primeira semana de fevereiro.... pois bem, comecamos a receber em março, e terminou de montar na semana passada, 07/08/2020.
Na hora de fechar contrato, te tratam com cortesia, cafés, aguas, educacao, e mostram uma disposição diferente em te atender, prometem que tem entrega propria, equipe de montadores proprios, e enfim, cada dia uma desculpa, camihao que quebra, equipe de montador de 1 pessoa, enfim, experiencia pessima, agora o pior de tudo, os moveis nao ficaram como prometido, quando voce assina um croqui, ele nao esta em 3D legiviel e ainda mais os meus que foram de cor escura, enfim, medição errada, portas trocadas, qualidade inferior a vendida e pior, estiveram no meu apto para medir tudo 2x e na hora de montar se descobre vigas.... enfim, meu sentimento com esta empresa é de desilusao e conto do vigario sabe, e ainda tenho parcelas para pagar mais 2 anos..... fui discaradamente enganada, espero que ninguem mais passe por isso. espero conseguir trocar todos os moveis do meu apartamento em breve para nao ter lembrança alguma dessa empresa e das pessoas que tive o desprazer de conhecer, essa é pra vc "AMIGO"

When it comes to closing a contract, they treat you with courtesy, coffee, water, education, and show a different disposition to serve you, promise that you have your own delivery, a team of assemblers, and finally, every day an excuse, truck that breaks, team of a 1-person assembler, in short, a very bad experience, now the worst of all, the furniture was not as promised, when you sign a sketch, it is not in legible 3D and even more mine that were dark in color, finally, measurement wrong, changed doors, inferior quality to sold and worse, they were in my apt to measure everything 2x and in the time of assembling beams is discovered .... finally, my feeling with this company is of disappointment and tale of the crook knows, and still I have installments to pay for 2 more years ..... I was outright cheated, I hope that no one else goes through this. I hope to be able to change all the furniture in my apartment soon so I don't have any memories of this company and the people I had the displeasure to meet, this is for you "FRIEND"
