The SAC of this store is terrible, give no return to the customer. The price is not worth the headache. Sofa with 3 weeks of use with the broken foot. They give no return on the repair and make excuses one after another. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquirimos um sofá nesta loja como sendo peça de mostruário, cuja garantia era de três meses. Mas perguntamos a vendedora se o referido sofá não rasgaria é ela respondeu que não.
Pra nossa decepção e frustração o sofá depois de 5 meses , começou a se rasgar e agora o assento está literalmente rasgado.
Após os primeiros cobtatos com a gerente Flávio, ela disse mandaria um técnico para contatar os defeitos. Como se passaram muitos dias, ligamos pra ela que falou que nada podia ser feito é, que não adiantaria reclamar. Nos deixando à própria sorte sem preocupação nenhuma a respeito do futuro cliente. É acima de tudo grosseira.
We purchased a sofa in this store as a showcase, which was guaranteed for three months. But we asked the seller if the aforementioned sofa wouldn't tear and she replied that it wouldn't.
To our disappointment and frustration the sofa after 5 months started to tear and now the seat is literally torn.
After the first cobtatos with the manager Flávio, she said she would send a technician to contact the defects. As many days went by, we called her and she said that nothing could be done, that it wouldn't do any good to complain. Leaving us to our own devices without any worries about the future customer. It is above all gross.

Comprei um rack a vista em fevereiro e programei a entrega, e não entregaram o produto no dia combinado alegando que o caminhão quebrou, prometeram entregar no dia seguinte e não entregaram novamente, ao questionar a demora fui desrespeitada pelo telefone, e pedi o cancelamento da compra e meu dinheiro de volta, o "diretor" entrou em contato e disse que não devolveria meu dinheiro porque já pagou os funcionários, ou seja, profissionais totalmente despreparados desde a gestão até a linha de frente com o cliente! Até hoje a loja não retorna meus contatos e estou iniciando um processo judicial para devolução do valor porque os responsáveis pela loja embolsaram meu dinheiro e estão com o produto. NÃO RECOMENDO, procurem lojas com bons indicadores de qualidade do produto e atendimento ao cliente!

E estou aqui com um Sofá com menos de 1 ano de uso, na cor errada, e nem de longe tem molas ensacadas, conforme solicitei. Está com a espuma do assento deformada. Totalmente desconfortável, e olha que paguei 3 mil. CORRAM DESSA LOJA...
