ME EMTREGARAM HOJE A CAMA POIS ME PROMETERAM QUE FARIAM A CAMA E ENTREGARIAM NO PRAZO NORMAL, É O MINIMO QUE PODERIAM FAZER DEPOIS DE DEBITAR O VALOR DO MEU CARTAO. HOJE A CAMA CHEGOU SEM COLCHÃO, SEM NENHUMA NOTA PARA ASSINAR E ALEM DE TUDO QUANDO VOLTARAM COM O COLCHÃO E TENTARAM MONTAR A CAMA, AS TAMPAS DO BAU ESTÃO TOTALMENTE FORA DA MEDIDA. TENHO UM BAU QUE NAO FUNCIONA, COM TAMPAS TORTAS, UM ATENDIMENTO EM GERAL PESSIMO, SOMENTE UMA PESSOA QUIS NOS AJUDAR POREM AGORA NEM ISSO, ESTAO EMPURRANDO O PROBLEMA PRA PRODUÇÃO. TODAY THE BED ARRIVED WITHOUT MATTRESS, WITHOUT ANY NOTE TO SIGN AND GERM OF EVERYTHING WHEN THEY RETURNED WITH THE MATTRESS AND TRIED TO ASSEMBLE THE BED, THE COVER LIDES ARE TOTALLY OUT OF MEASURE. I HAVE A BAU THAT DOESN'T WORK, WITH PIEFISHED LIDES, A SERVICE IN GENERAL PESSIMO, ONLY ONE PERSON WANTED TO HELP US, BUT NOW THAT'S NOT, PUSHING THE PROBLEM FOR PRODUCTION. NEVER MORE ITAPECOL! I LOOK FORWARD TO DELIVERING THE PRODUCT IN PERFECT CONDITION. NOTE: THE BED CAME WITH TORN ON THE TNT, DIRTY WITH EARTH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que nunca tive um desgaste tão grande ao realizar a compra de uma simples cama, tive problema desde o ato da compra, com o despreparo da atendente que me vendeu um produto indisponível, para realizar o estorno me pediram um prazo de até 5 dias, vendo que o erro eram deles, com muita conversa me convenceram a esperar que abririam uma excessão na fabricação, hoje a mercadoria chegou, com o TNT rasgado, a cama suja, não montaram, simplesmente deixaram na minha sala ainda embalada em plástico empoeirado, não entregaram o colchão junto, quando retornaram aproximadamente 4 horas depois para entregar o colchão e realizar a montagem a cama estava simplesmente toda torta, com as medidas incorretas, a qualidade não é tão boa quanto dizem ser, o despreparo para resolução é inaceitável, fora que quando mencionei acionarem eles judicialmente, eles simplesmente me disseram que se fizesse isso eles não trocariam a cama e deixariam correr na justiça, ou seja, mais um vez não se importaram com o bem estar ou satisfação do cliente, sigo aguardando uma posição da empresa, vendo que o atendente disse que a única coisa que poderia fazer é pedir nova fabricação e eu vou ter que ficar 12 dias com a cama sem condições de uso devido, nunca mais compro, não indico, estou TRAUMATIZADA.
OBS: QUERIA QUE TIVESSE A POSSIBILIDADE DE ANEXAR AS FOTOS, PARA VER A SITUAÇÃO QUE ME ENCONTRO.

Comprei um sofá retrátil na itapecol de Nova Friburgo e com 3 meses de uso descosturou.
O gerente me deu um ano de garantia e a loja até agora não trocou.
Tive que arrumar advogado para resolver e por conta da pandemia ainda não consegui resolver.
A itapecol não resolve meu problema porque não quer.
Terrible
I bought a retractable sofa in itapecol in Nova Friburgo and with 3 months of use, I unstitched it.
The manager gave me a one-year warranty and the store has so far not changed.
I had to find a lawyer to solve it and because of the pandemic I still couldn't solve it.
Itapecol doesn't solve my problem because it doesn't want to.
