★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já viajei num ônibus desta empresa de Fortaleza a Mossoró. Infelizmente péssimo serviço. Se for fazer uma viagem longa o ônibus fede porque não ha limpeza e o banheiro fica imundo. Péssima qualidade.
I have already traveled on a bus of this company from Fortaleza to Mossoró. Unfortunately poor service. If you take a long trip, the bus stinks because there is no cleaning and the bathroom is filthy. Poor quality.

Itapemirim, by itself, is already in the road passenger and cargo transport market, is consolidated in Brazil as one of the best companies of this size. Any praise would be a mere exaggeration, and even deserving, adding a lot to the curriculum generated by the Company. Congratulations to the administrators, employees at all levels.

A agência da rodoviária de Teresina fica jogada às moscas e os clientes esperando por horas um bendito funcionário aparecer pra atender. Não há um aviso, não há nada. Descaso total.
Every time I need to buy a ticket through this company it is a pain. Unfortunately, there are times when I am obliged because of the route.
The Teresina bus station is thrown into flies and customers wait for hours for a blessed employee to show up. There is no warning, there is nothing. Total neglect.
