★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO! Só se você quiser perder dinheiro. No dia 07/03/2020 fui vender meus euros, perguntei quanto estava o valor. A atendente falou que estava por R$4,50. Quando entreguei o euro e ela me deu os reais, questionei sobre a nota fiscal (meu DIREITO) ela não me entregou. Desconfiada, fui até a outra casa de câmbio do shopping que me informou que estavam comprando o euro por R$4,60 e liguei para outras na cidade também com este valor. Me senti revoltada, porque não posso nem provar se foi errado ou não porque ela me negou a nota fiscal. Mas ta ai algo a ser observado. Outro detalhe é que é comum ter uma placa no local escrita "Volto Já" e a mesma está batendo papo na outra casa de câmbio (e por um período de tempo longo, ao ponto deu estar fazendo a transação nesta outra casa de câmbio e ela ali observando e se intrometendo na situação). Pouco profissionalismo.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Only if you want to lose money. On 03/07/2020 I went to sell my euros, I asked how much was the value. The attendant said it was R $ 4.50. When I gave the euro and she gave me the reais, I asked about the invoice (my RIGHT) she did not give me. Suspicious, I went to the other exchange bureau at the mall that informed me that they were buying the euro for R $ 4.60 and called others in the city with this amount as well. I felt revolted, because I can't even prove it was wrong or not because she denied me the invoice. But there is something to be observed. Another detail is that it is common to have a sign in the place written "Volto Já" and it is chatting in the other exchange bureau (and for a long period of time, to the point it was doing the transaction in this other bureau and she there watching and meddling in the situation). Little professionalism.
