★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho em itaqua próximo no estacionamento, deixei meu carro para lavar, perderam minha chave, não foram no meu trabalho me informar o ocorrido, cheguei para buscar o carro e fiquei sabendo na hora de ir embora, perdi aula no dia pois não tinha como ir Não levo nunca mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal tratada pela atendente deste estabelecimento que alegou que eu não estava na fila. De fato, quando eu cheguei nao havia fila e me posicionei ao lado do caixa, pois em frente ao mesmo passavam carros no momento. Outros clientes chegaram e formaram fila na frente ao caixa, estendendo para o caminho dos carros. Óbvio que me neguei a ir para este espaço. Havia um cone em frente ao caixa e eu pensei que seria justamente para que as pessoas formassem fila sem atrapalhar a entrada e saída dos carros. Pois bem, quando esta senhora chamou o próximo e eu entreguei o dinheiro, ela só me atendeu quando o "primeiro da fila" permitiu o atendimento. Eu pedi meu dinheiro de volta e disse que esperava ela atender os demais. Ela não devolveu. Quando justifiquei minha posição fora da rua, ela me respondeu em alto tom ( todos da fila ouviram) que eu deveria me explicar aos demais clientes. Me senti muito mal. Era como se ela estivesse me fazendo um favor e eu fazendo algo errado. Responsabilidade minha organizar a fila. Responsabilidade minha deixar claro onde a fila deve ser formada. Acaba de perder uma cliente. Me senti envergonhada com as pessoas que ali estavam. Acharam que eu realmente cortei fila. O que não aconteceu. Não volto mais neste estabelecimento e farei com que todos que conheço não voltem também. Acabou com meu dia. O atendimento ocorreu no dia 19-06-2019 por volta das 14hs30.
I was treated poorly by the clerk at this establishment who claimed that I was not in line. In fact, when I arrived there was no queue and I positioned next to the box, because in front of the same passed cars at the moment. Other customers arrived and lined up in front of the cashier, stretching out onto the driveway. Obviously I refused to go into this space. There was a cone in front of the box and I thought it was just that people would line up without disturbing the entry and exit of the cars. Well, when this lady called the next one and I delivered the money, she only answered when the "first in line" allowed the attendance. I asked for my money back and said that I expected her to meet the others. She did not return it. When I justified my position off the street, she answered me in a loud voice (everyone in the line heard) that I should explain to the other clients. I felt really bad. It was as if she was doing me a favor and me doing something wrong. My responsibility to organize the queue. My responsibility to make it clear where the queue should be formed. You just lost a client. I felt ashamed of the people there. They thought I really cut the line. What did not happen. I will not come back to this establishment and will make sure that everyone I know will not come back either. Ended my day. The service took place on 06/19/2019 at around 2:30 p.m.
