★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está em andamento! A organização é a pior que já vimos. Agendamos pelo Sac e a autorizada Gelumac não tomou conhecimento. Pela segunda vez, esperamos uma manhã inteira à toa. Depois de ligarmos é que foram olhar o Sac. Marcamos para o dia seguinte e o técnico foi excelente. Voltará amanhã para trocar um componente que veio estragado da fábrica. Esperamos que continue melhorando. Por ora, a média que podemos dar é abaixo da crítica. Péssimo!

After we called, they went to look at Sac. We made an appointment for the next day and the coach was excellent. He will return tomorrow to exchange a component that came out of the factory. We hope it continues to improve. For now, the average we can give is below criticism. Terrible!

O Deoclides que fez o atendimento tecnico, é excelente profissional, justo, competentíssimo e muito educado.
Não cobram nada mais do que foi combinado e muito menos fazem troca de peças desnecessária.
Excelente experiência com a empresa e profissionais.
