★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chuveiro não estava funcionando (água quente), passei 40 minutos a mais da minha saída quiseram me cobrar o valor de uma diária inteira cadê a cordialidade o bom senso com o cliente? Se eu tivesse passado 2, 3, 5 hrs a mais beleza cobre por essas hrs a mais agora me cobrar uma diária inteira porq sai 40 minutos depois do meu horário aí e demais.
desse jeito ninguém volta pra um lugar desse.
Shower was not working (hot water), I spent 40 minutes more after my departure they wanted to charge me the amount of an entire day, where is the cordiality or common sense with the customer? If I had spent 2, 3, 5 hrs more beauty charge for these extra hours now charge me a full day because it leaves 40 minutes after my schedule there and so on.
that way no one goes back to a place like that.
