Service took a long time and the system crashed most of the time I go there (apart from the fact that usually 50% of the boxes are stopped which generates more queues)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agencia sempre lotada e para ir na área dos caixas eletronicos, muitas vezes te obrigam a passar pela porta com detector de metais, não faz o menor sentido, alem de ser um grande transtorno para quem só quer sacar um dinheiro.
Always crowded agency and to go in the area of ATMs, often force you to go through the door with metal detector, it makes no sense, besides being a big inconvenience for those who just want to withdraw money.
