★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em plena Pandemia o banco fechou uma agência na cidade e agora a única agência no município está sempre cheia, aglomerando clientes até na rua, onde a fila se estende para uso do caixa eletrônico. Lamentável.
In the middle of Pandemia, the bank closed a branch in the city and now the only branch in the municipality is always full, crowding customers even on the street, where the queue extends for use of the ATM. Unfortunate.
