★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente avaliarem com 1 (uma) estrela, estive na loja física e na terceira vez consegui ser atendida por uma vendedora bem simpática e prestativo, nas outras vezes as vendedoras sequer tiraram os olhos do celular, sei que faz parte do trabalho delas a venda pelas redes sociais, mas eu estava ali, presente e bem visível.
Fiz uma compra no dia 09 de março, experimentei o que comprei na loja, paguei o produto à vista, porem quando fui usar 15 quinze dias depois o sapato começou a machucar meu pé e ainda tive um pequeno corte por causa da costura. Ai perguntam, mas você experimentou o sapato na loja? Sim. Mas ao usar para sair não consegui chegar até o portão de entrada de casa. E nem se trata de ser um produto de marca inferior.
Fui até a loja e solicitei a troca, o gerente disse que não faria a troca pois o prazo era de 7 (sete) dias, entendo, mas se ele quisesse ele trocaria, e se ele quisesse seria atencioso e daria atenção a minha queixa.
Fica aqui minha insatisfação com a Loja Zema de Além Paraíba.
Unfortunately, they rate it with 1 (one) star, I was in the physical store and the third time I managed to be attended by a very friendly and helpful saleswoman, at other times the salesgirls didn't even take their eyes off their cell phone, I know it's part of their job to sell by social networks, but I was there, present and very visible.
I made a purchase on March 9th, tried what I bought at the store, paid for the product in cash, but when I went to use it 15 days later the shoe started to hurt my foot and I still had a small cut because of the seam. Oh they ask, but have you tried the shoe in the store? Yes. But when using it to go out, I couldn't get to the entrance gate of the house. And it's not even about being a low-end product.
I went to the store and requested the exchange, the manager said he would not make the exchange because the deadline was 7 (seven) days, I understand, but if he wanted he would exchange it, and if he wanted to, he would be attentive and pay attention to my complaint.
Here is my dissatisfaction with the Zema Store in Além Paraíba.
