O caixa funciona, mas a mesa não.

Os caixas são até rápidos e efecientes, agora a tal mesa HORRIVEl.
Outside the payment period, I stayed 1: 20h to be served at the table.

Mesmo com pouco movimento o atendimento é mega demorado, na sexta fui fazer um depósito, via que só um cx chamava a senha, quando fui chamada a atendente do cx número 2, estava com celular em mãos, respondendo WhatsApp, acho que deveriam orientar aos funcionários que local de trabalho é para trabalhar e não ficar em rede social!
Terrible! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes do banco ITAU de Jacaraípe tem um atendimento de baixa qualidade, são pessoas que não tem paciência com o cliente realmente não fazem questão do mesmo, diferente do Bradesco onde as pessoas são tratadas com respeito, espero que o ITAU de um melhor treinamento para as mesmas o contrate pessoas com o perfil adequado para função.
The attendants of the ITAU bank in Jacaraípe have a low quality service, they are people who do not have patience with the customer really do not insist on it, unlike Bradesco where people are treated with respect, I hope that ITAU provides better training for they hire people with the right profile for the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível para entrar, quase impossível de passar com bolsa, só podem estar de brincadeira com esse método antifurto. Façam como os outros bancos coloquem os armários dentro perto dos caixas eletrônicos com a chave! Se não quem quer ser cliente logo na entrada já vai desistir!

Deveram abrir 8:00 horas e fechar 16:00 horas todos os dias para asim dar satisfação aos clientes
Heavy service I can never do anything Fast too slow they don’t like to work really don’t give the solution to the customer always waiting for the lunch time or departure time to leave and so it’s every day
They should open at 8:00 am and close at 4:00 pm every day in order to satisfy customers
