★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na agencia localizada na avenida Alberto Braune centro de Nova Friburgo e o atendimento da gerencia e exemplar, mais ao me dirigir aos caixas que decepçao, um mauricinho de terno e uma patricinha sem educaçao. Antes de contratar eduque para que seus clientes sejam respeitados e bem tratados.
Hoje sabemos que o banco Itau e referencia nacional e tem uma equipe de homens e mulheres mais preparados que os outros bancos, mas, fiquei muito chetaedo e quero agradecer ao carinho que sempre fui tratado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No caso do Itaú liguei pra minha Gerente Personnalité em cabo frio e pedi uma indicação, onde ela não fez muita questão... Então liguei em São Paulo e uma secretário anotou meus dados para que um Gerente de Relacionamentos me retornasse. Passado quase 3 horas me ligou um gerente (homem), aparentemente novo pela vós, onde me explicou sobre a migração da conta, deu detalhes de como funcionava dos prós e contras de quem está acostumado a ir na agencia todos os dias para usar serviços bancários ou coisas do tipo. O Cartão é um produto próprio, black, com círculos, um cartão discreto pelo que ele me relatou. Ao questionar sobre o talão, fui imediatamente questionado porque dessa curiosidade... Uma vez que ele está lá a 4 anos e nunca viu nenhum cliente perguntar como era o talão, após isso o atendimento caiu a qualidade. Outra coisa que achei chato é que eu nem lá estava e ele já veio com o papo que se fosse pra ele abrir a conta ele me ajudaria mas eu teria que ajudar ele, precisaria contratar seguro de vida. Perguntei pra ele se o critério pro Private não era só os 5 milhões... Ele disse que sim, mas a triagem dos gerentes era o aval final para a migração. Faltou muito pouco pra não falar abobrinha pra ele. Pessoalmente não gostei do que ele falou. Questão de fundos nada de vantajoso. Existe alguns melhores que no Personnalité mas pouca diferença de resultado final. Disponibilizam uma agencia em Nova York para Brasileiros que pretendem fazer negócios lá. Fazem muitos eventos a nível nacional, Golf, Cavalos, Polo etc...
