★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o serviço de assistência , consta uma garantia de 3 meses do serviço(inclusive na nota fiscal) , mas ao buscar atendimento na loja no dia seguinte ao recebimento do serviço prestado, fui recebida com descaso e lavaram as mãos para o problema detectado .
The assistance service is very bad, there is a 3-month warranty on the service (including the invoice), but when I sought service at the store the day after receiving the service, I was neglected and they washed their hands for the problem detected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima , levei um MotoG 8 Power pra trocar a tela, o técnico não soube aplicar, a tela ficou com um canto souto, mostrei pra o técnico que falou que era normal e não daria problema. No dia seguinte essa diferença de alinhamento do display ocasionou a rachadura do mesmo. Voltei na loja pra reclamar, e lá o técnico me falou que não havia garantia por mau uso e que não poderia nem me devolver o dinheiro e nem substituir a tela danificada, sendo que ele estava ciente do real motivo pelo qual o display rachou.
Terrible, I took a MotoG 8 Power to change the screen, the technician didn't know how to apply it, the screen had a dark corner, I showed it to the technician who said it was normal and wouldn't give a problem. The next day this difference in display alignment caused it to crack. I went back to the store to complain, and there the technician told me that there was no guarantee for misuse and that he could neither return my money nor replace the damaged screen, as he was aware of the real reason why the display cracked.
