The store has a landline that doesn't work and a cell phone that doesn't answer. If it were possible, I would give the grade 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bem ruim. Fui para fazer uma portabilidade, o atendente disse que só dava para fazer se eu escolhesse um plano pós pago e que para pré pago, eu teria de fazer o pedido pelo site da Vivo e pagar R$50,00. Ele me pareceu bastante desinteressado em atender.
Não acreditei no que me foi dito e fui para a loja do Centervale. Lá fizeram a portabilidade e paguei só o chip e fui super bem atendida.
Loja da Vivo no shopping Colinas, não recomendo a ninguém. Se quiserem bom atendimento, vão à loja do Centervale. #ficaadica
Very bad service. I went to do a portability, the attendant said that I could only do it if I chose a postpaid plan and that for a prepaid plan, I would have to place the order on the Vivo website and pay R$50.00. He seemed quite uninterested in answering.
I didn't believe what I was told and went to the Centervale store. There they carried out the portability and I only paid for the chip and I was very well attended.
Vivo store at the Colinas mall, I don't recommend it to anyone. If you want good service, go to the Centervale store. #staysadic
