★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de agradecer a ITX Gamer, comprei um Roteador Wireless Intelbras ACtion RG 1200, paguei via PIX com o intuito de entrega ser rápida e dito e feito. A entrega foi via Loggi Express. Só no site demorou um pouco pra atualizar o status do meu pedido, estava aparecendo ainda sendo separado, mas pelo whats o atendendo foi atencioso e me disse que o pedido já tinha saído para entrega. Aproveitando recomendo tanto a loja como o aparelho que comprei me atendeu muito bem, ah!! produto chegou lacrado!!!
Só deixar uma sugestão pro site adicionar avaliação dos produtos, é bom ter o feedback dos consumidores.

 I would like to thank ITX Gamer, I bought a Wireless Router Intelbras ACtion RG 1200, I paid via PIX with the intention of delivery being quick and said and done. Delivery was via Loggi Express. It only took a while on the website to update the status of my order, it was showing up still being separated, but whats the answering was attentive and told me that the order had already left for delivery. Taking advantage of this, I recommend both the store and the device I bought, it served me very well, ah!! product arrived sealed!!!
Just leave a suggestion for the site to add product reviews, it's good to have consumer feedback.

Foram extremamente atenciosos desde o meu primeiro contato resolvendo o problema de cancelamento da minha compra por conta do meu cartão de crédito, me informaram as datas de entrega corretamente e o produto chegou montado, com todas as caixas dos produtos que foram colocados no computador, Windows 10 instalado, etc...
I recommend 100% the ITX Gamer. They were extremely attentive from my first contact, solving the problem of canceling my purchase due to my credit card, they informed me the delivery dates correctly and the product arrived assembled, with all the boxes of the products that were placed on the computer, Windows 10 installed, etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há uns 02 anos atrás fomos até essa loja, nos atenderam super bem e acabamos comprando uma peça para o computador, nos deram nota fiscal tudo certinho.
Porém o tempo passou a o PC apresentou problema, levamos então até o estabelecimento em questão para avaliação.
Concluíram que a peça defeituosa, apresentava respingos de solda e nos foi questionado se a mesma tinha sido levado a algum lugar para manutenção ou se algum profissional veio até a mesma para ser feito alguma intervenção.
Não levamos a lugar algum e não contratamos nenhum profissional para tal serviço.
Como respingos de solda foram parar numa peça nova ? !!!
Mesmo apresentando a nota fiscal do produto e contando sobre o ocorrido, disseram que não poderiam fazer nada, visto que a peça estava nesta situação.
Então caro senhores, não recomendo este estabelecimento para ninguém, tenham cuidado ao adquirirem algum produto desta loja.
About 02 years ago we went to this store, they served us very well and we ended up buying a part for the computer, they gave us an invoice, everything right.
However, time passed and the PC presented a problem, so we took it to the establishment in question for evaluation.
They concluded that the defective part had weld spatter and we were asked if it had been taken somewhere for maintenance or if a professional had come to it for some intervention.
We don't take you anywhere and we don't hire any professional for this service.
How did weld spatter end up on a new part? !!!
Even presenting the invoice of the product and telling about what happened, they said they couldn't do anything, since the part was in this situation.
So dear sirs, I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, be careful when purchasing any product from this store.
