Explicaram com detalhes sobre o possível defeito e que o conserto não compensaria, pois por não haver peças novas disponíveis no mercado, não teria durabilidade e tenderia a voltar o defeito rapidamente. Achei muito honesto por parte da empresa, ao invés de tentar empurrar o serviço, gerando prejuízo e reclamações futuras dos clientes. Recomendo a Megatronic pela honestidade demonstrada.
I called with a problem on an old TV and was very well attended. They explained in detail about the possible defect and that the repair would not be worth it, because as there were no new parts available on the market, it would not have durability and the defect would tend to return quickly. I found the company to be very honest, instead of trying to push the service, generating losses and future customer complaints. I recommend Megatronic for the honesty shown.
