O caminhão não conseguiu ter acesso a minha casa por conta de uma ladeira escorregadia de paralelepípedo, mas mesmo assim os rapazes não desistiram e enfrentaram ladeira e chuva carregando a mudança pela rua até o caminhão. Fiquei muito feliz com a disposição em me ajudar, mesmo com todos os entraves, e com o cuidado que tiveram com todos os meus pertences e com as dependências do prédio durante o serviço. A equipe de içamento também foi muito profissional e prestativa. Recomendo de olhos fechados. Obrigada!
Ivan and his helpers are a 10! The truck couldn't access my house because of a slippery cobblestone slope, but even so, the guys didn't give up and faced slope and rain carrying the change down the street to the truck. I was very happy with the willingness to help me, despite all the obstacles, and with the care they took with all my belongings and the building's dependencies during the service. The lifting team was also very professional and helpful. I recommend with eyes closed. Thanks!
