Excellent real estate! I rented an apartment for almost 10 years, and in that period I never had any problems. The professionals are very polite, kind, helpful, careful and were always willing to help, clarify and mediate when necessary.
At the end of the lease, I was widely supported and received all the necessary support and clarification. I am very grateful to all the professionals at Ivo Imóveis, especially Selma who very carefully guided me through the entire process!
Definitely a real estate agent that I recommend! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são simpáticos, porém a IVO possui EXTREMA dificuldade em cumprir combinados, na nossa proposta o IPTU constava como isento, mas temos que paga-lo, aguardamos há mais de 2 meses arrumações da vistoria que não foram realizados, em abatimentos combinados estes não reenviam boleto com valor acordado. Não irei locar um imovel com eles NUNCA mais
The employees are friendly, but IVO has EXTREME difficulty in complying with agreements, in our proposal the IPTU was listed as exempt, but we have to pay it, we have been waiting for more than 2 months for the inspection to be repaired, which have not been carried out, in combined rebates these are not resend the ticket with the agreed value. I will not rent a property with them EVER again.

I am leaving the apartment I rented through IVO and the assistance I had from everyone there was spectacular from the first day until today, when I am leaving the property.
Michelle, Selma and Diana were professional and always very thoughtful and human in the relationship and in dealing with the various issues that occur during the period of a location. When there is partnership, everything is resolved in the best way. That's it. Partnership.
