★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a imobiliária com o interesse de comprar um imóvel há alguns meses. Ficaram de me retornar e até hoje nada! Resultado: comprei meu imóvel por uma outra imobiliária. Eles deviam achar que eu era pobre demais para eles. Já a imobiliária pela qual comprei, ficou muito satisfeita de me ter como cliente... Lamentável, não recomendo!
ps.: a estrela aí foi somente pelo fato de não poder deixar sem nenhuma.

Uma empresa irresponsável que não sabe o significado da palavra ética .Vou explicar a vocês o tipo de serviço que tal entidade presta . No mês de janeiro meu boleto de condomínio molhou devido ao excesso de chuvas, naturalmente pedi segunda via, uma operação simples e cotidiana. O que ocorreu dentro do período de vencimento do boleto, fui informado que a funcionária responsável pelo condomínio se encontrava de férias , porém fora solicitado a segunda via do boleto para um outro funcionário que se prontificou em fazê-lo. O mesmo não se deu ao Luxo de ao menos responder que não conseguiu fazer tal tarefa tão simples. Daí chega o mês de fevereiro E o respectivo boleto do mês que fora pago, E mais uma vez liguei cobrando o boleto de Janeiro que os mesmos falaram que iam calcular ou seja cobrar valores indevidos sendo que os mesmos irresponsáveis funcionários e administradores dessa Medíocre empresa não tiveram a competência de fazer. Daí chega Março novamente o boleto do mês pago e nada do boleto do mês citado. Inúmeras ligações um jogo de empurra-empurra até que chego há um suposto escritório que me manda um boleto que está sendo bloqueado pelo meu banco, arrisco em dizer que pode se tratar de um boleto fraudulento. Essa empresa não tem responsabilidade ou um mínimo de decência isso porque eu estou quase implorando para pagar uma dívida. Recomendo a todas as pessoas que pensem mil vezes antes de contratar os serviços ou manter alguma relação comercial com a citada empresa.
Vamos denunciar até que se tome vergonha e cumpram o trabalho ao que foram pagos para fazer.

An irresponsible company that does not know the meaning of the word ethics. I will explain to you the type of service that this entity provides. In January, my condominium billet got wet due to excessive rain, naturally I asked for a duplicate, a simple and daily operation. What happened within the expiration period of the boleto, I was informed that the employee responsible for the condominium was on vacation, but a duplicate of the boleto was requested to another employee who volunteered to do so. The same did not happen to Luxury at least to answer that it was not able to do such a simple task. Then the month of February arrives And the respective bill of the month that was paid, And once again I called charging the January bill that they said they were going to calculate or charge undue amounts being that the same irresponsible employees and administrators of this Mediocre company did not had the competence to do. Then March arrives again the bill of the month paid and nothing of the bill of the month mentioned. Countless calls a game of pushing and shoving until I arrive there is a supposed office that sends me a payment slip that is being blocked by my bank, I venture to say that it may be a fraudulent payment slip. This company has no responsibility or a minimum of decency, because I'm almost begging to pay a debt. I recommend to all people to think a thousand times before hiring the services or maintaining any business relationship with the aforementioned company.
We will report it until we are ashamed and do the work we were paid to do.

• Tremenda burocracia para alugar
• Pior atendimento impossível
•Inúmeras vezes precisei acionar o proprietário por problemas de infiltrações, acessórios e móveis sem funcionamento. E sempre demorava, passava uma semana eu tinha que ligar cobrando, isso depois de ter mando e-mails e mensagem.
•Alguns profissionais do atendimento me irritaram tanto que chegou ao ponto de eu perguntar para uma pessoa se ela sabia ler, tamanho era a sua falta de entendimento no caso. Isso porque eu sempre detalhava tudo.
•Num dado momento eu perguntei à um gestor se ele precisava de alguém preparado para atender os clientes ou para orientar e dar dicas, como executiva da área eu certamente podia cooperar.
•Fora o desgaste emocional, após 4 anos de insistir com eles, houve um momento que o estresse foi tanto que deu um início de pânico, o coração quase saiu pela boca. Tive até que ser medicada.
•E muitas vezes o proprietário nem sabia o que estava acontecendo no apartamento/prédio já que a Lello e parte dos colaboradores (do atendimento ao cliente) não eram eficientes em suas obrigações.
CASO PRECISE ALUGAR UM IMÓVEL, EVITAR CONTRATO COM A LELLO É O MELHOR, AO MENOS PARA MANTER A PAZ E A SANIDADE.
My experience was TERRIBLE.
• Tremendous bureaucracy for rent
• Worst service impossible
• Countless times I had to call the owner for problems with infiltrations, accessories and non-functioning furniture. And it always took a long time, I spent a week calling to charge, this after I send e-mails and messages.
• Some service professionals irritated me so much that it even went so far as to ask someone if they could read, how big was their lack of understanding in the case. That's because I always detailed everything.
• At one point I asked a manager if he needed someone prepared to serve customers or to guide and give tips, as an area executive I could certainly cooperate.
• Aside from emotional exhaustion, after 4 years of insisting on them, there was a time when the stress was so great that it started to panic, the heart almost went out through the mouth. I even had to be medicated.
• And the owner often did not even know what was happening in the apartment / building since Lello and part of the employees (from customer service) were not efficient in their obligations.
IF YOU NEED TO RENT A PROPERTY, AVOID CONTRACT WITH LELLO IS THE BEST, AT LEAST TO MAINTAIN PEACE AND SANITY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO SABEM ATENDER CLIENTES E NÃO QUEREM FAZER NEGÓCIOS. Atendimento horrível! Fui à Lello da Vila Mariana em dezembro de 2021 com um amigo, cada um de nós quer vender seu próprio apartamento. Chegando lá, todo mundo sem máscara, ficaram olhando para nós sem dizer nada, nos ignorando... Finalmente, alguma pessoa, depois que pedirmos atendimento, se DIGNOU a colocar máscara e falar conosco, passamos todas as informações, informamos que temos DOIS APARTAMENTOS PARA VENDER na Vila Clementino e ela disse que um corretor entraria em contato. Até hoje, 20/1/2022, ninguém nos contatou. Não percam seu tempo indo a uma corretora que não tem interesse em vender imóveis. Péssimo, nota zero!
THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO SERVE CUSTOMERS AND DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS. Horrible service! I went to Lello da Vila Mariana in December 2021 with a friend, each of us wants to sell his own apartment. When we got there, everyone without a mask, kept looking at us without saying anything, ignoring us... Finally, someone, after we asked for assistance, DECIDED to put on a mask and talk to us, we passed on all the information, we inform you that we have TWO APARTMENTS TO SELL in Vila Clementino and she said a broker would get in touch. As of today, 1/20/2022, no one has contacted us. Don't waste your time going to a brokerage that has no interest in selling real estate. Terrible, zero rating!
