Local maravilhoso, professores excelentes e extremamente capacitados. Nunca mais senti as dores (hérnia cervical) que me levaram a esta prática. Adoro. Recomendo demais. O corpo e a alma agradecem profundamente a Nicole e Fernando por toda essa prática maravilhosa, respeitando os limites de cada um, porém sem desistir jamais de ampliar esses limites. Obrigada!
After more than a year of practicing Iyengar Yoga at the Iyengar Yoga Recife Center, I can only reinforce my previous assessment. Wonderful location, excellent and extremely trained teachers. I never felt the pain (cervical hernia) that led me to this practice. Love. I highly recommend it. The body and the soul are deeply grateful to Nicole and Fernando for all this wonderful practice, respecting the limits of each one, but without ever giving up expanding those limits. Thank you!
