★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há pouco mais de 1 mês e meio comprei um violão Sabre SC100 comercializado (não consegui informações se fabricado ou importado pela Izzo) na loja Sol Maior pelo e-commerce do Shoptime tendo pago à vista.
Mesmo com todo o cuidado na hora de afinar, a tarraxa da 3ª corda (corda Sol - G) já está espanando; só é posível apertar ou afrouxar se segurar a engrenagem apertando-a simultaneamente enquanto gira-se a pega para chegar à afinação e mesmo assim, logo após obtida a afinação, a corda já está novamente desafinada mesmo sem tocá-la com força.
Contatei a Izzo pelo Facebook e responderam mandando que eu conate a loja que me vendeu; porém a Garantia é da Fábrica ou do Importador segundo o CDC.
Este violão tem especificações muito boas na sua faixa de preço, como um violão de estudante, quando comparado a por exemplo Gianinni Start, Tagima Paraty e até mesmo Yamaha C40 ou Rozini RX201. Porém, não encontro na web relatos de problemas com os Yamaha e os Rozini de entrada, mesmo que sem a beleza e as madeiras utilizadas no Sabre. Pelo contrário, segundo o maior canal de ensino de violão no Youtube, o do Heitor Castro, com quase 2 milhões de inscritos, o Yamaha C40 mesmo sem ter o tensor para ajuste do alívio do braço, segura bem a afinação, inclusive na 12ª casa (a dos Harmônicos). E o Sabre custa quase o mesmo deste modelo da Yamaha e do Rozini RX201.
Agora contatei a Sol Maior pelo Facebook, que está estabelecida na cidade de Cascavel, há mais de 500km de Curitiba enquanto o SAC da Izzo é em Itajaí (de acordo com ao cartão da Garantia que vem com o produto) que está a menos de 250km.
Não recomendo instrumentos comercializados pela Izzo, mesmo que seja Crafter. a empresa importadora não sabe tratar com respeito o seu consumidor.
A little over a month and a half ago I bought a Saber SC100 guitar sold (I couldn't find information if it was manufactured or imported by Izzo) at the Sol Maior store through the Shoptime e-commerce, having paid in cash.
Even with all the care when tuning, the 3rd string (G string - G) is already dusting; it is only possible to tighten or loosen if you hold the gear, tightening it simultaneously while turning the handle to reach the tuning and even then, right after the tuning is obtained, the string is already out of tune again even without touching it with force.
I contacted Izzo on Facebook and they responded by telling me to contact the store that sold it to me; however the Warranty is from the Factory or the Importer according to the CDC.
This guitar has very good specs in its price range as a student guitar when compared to for example Gianinni Start, Tagima Paraty and even Yamaha C40 or Rozini RX201. However, I don't find on the web reports of problems with Yamaha and entry-level Rozini, even without the beauty and woods used in the Saber. On the contrary, according to the largest guitar teaching channel on Youtube, that of Heitor Castro, with almost 2 million subscribers, the Yamaha C40, even without the tensioner to adjust the neck relief, holds the tuning well, even in the 12th fret. (Harmonics). And the Saber costs almost the same as this model from Yamaha and the Rozini RX201.
Now I contacted Sol Maior through Facebook, which is established in the city of Cascavel, more than 500km away from Curitiba while Izzo's SAC is in Itajaí (according to the Guarantee card that comes with the product) which is less than 250km .
