Tenho dois imóveis alugados pelo JDESBERCI há muitos anos e nunca tive problemas. Sempre recebi os aluguéis na data fixada no contrato de locação. Os imóveis locados, após o término da locação, foram entregues em ótimo estado!
Recomendo a todos os proprietários que tenham imóveis para locação ou venda em Holambra ou nas cercanias, que usem os serviços dessa empresa.

I have two properties rented by JDESBERCI for many years and have never had any problems. I always received the rents on the date fixed in the rental agreement. The leased properties, after the end of the lease, were delivered in excellent condition!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje ,dia 30 de setembro de 2021,poderia estar aí em Holambra,aluguei cada rua Sálvia 85,antes na rua Arália e minha experiência não tenho a reclamar se aconteceram imprevistos muito canalizo a pandemia....mais houve compreensão,e apesar nos dois meses na Rua Schoenmaker 95 ter gasto muito,a casa estava em estado calamitoso mais deixei linda,pintada,parte elétrica,hidraulica toda renovada,ate os móveis de família deixei,uma historia de vida tdo pela proprietária ter estado a perturbar,enfim seja tdo por Deus.A JDesbelci em muitos momentos foi compreensiva.....sinto não estar aí pois amo Holambra .
Today, the 30th of September 2021, I could be there in Holambra, I rented each Sálvia 85 street, before on Arália street and my experience does not have to complain if unforeseen events happened I channel the pandemic a lot... but there was understanding, and despite us two months at 95 Schoenmaker Street have spent a lot, the house was in dire condition but I left it beautiful, painted, electrical, hydraulics all renovated, even the family furniture I left, a life story all because the owner was disturbing, anyway tdo por Deus. JDesbelci was understanding in many moments.....I'm sorry I'm not there because I love Holambra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo retorno em relação aos problemas que a casa que eles mesmo alugam apresenta. Simplesmente vc que se vire. Agora atrasa um dia de aluguel pra ver. O dono pensa que tem o rei na barriga.
Bad feedback in relation to the problems that the house they rent presents. You just turn around. Now delay a day of rent to see. The owner thinks he has the king in his belly.
