Caution!!! Dangerous place to do business. If you bought a vehicle at this store, do not trust the 3rd Vision's Precautionary Report or another less renowned company, take your vehicle to the Super Visão company and you will be in for a surprise. In December 2021, I exchanged my vehicle GM/Prisma 1.4, 14/15, Blue, Plates FJV-**20, which, after being examined by the company Super Visão, was rejected (non-compliant) according to the attached photo, because it had the front and rear panel repaired and the left front spar dented, which greatly depreciated the value of the vehicle in the negotiation, however, a few days later, I saw on the J10 Multimarcas Store website, the vehicle advertised by the value of the Fipe table. Well, in the exchange I got a cheaper vehicle, a VW/Fox, grey, 1.0, 08/09, plates EFZ-**56, for the value of the Fipe table R$ 23,000.00, I requested at the time of purchase, the Report Caution of the Fox vehicle of the company Super Visão, with Mr. Jeferson told me that he did not find it at that time and would send it to me through the WhatsApp application later, as he assured me that the vehicle was zeroed. I covered the Report according to the conversation attached in the aforementioned application, and it deleted the message, later typing that the previous Report was out of date and sent me one from the company 3º Visão, took advantage of the fact that the vehicle had several defects, and in possession of it, he ordered another one to be made. Report, in which to my amazement, there was a passage through "AUCTION", dissatisfied I went immediately to the store and questioned him because he didn't warn me and didn't even observe in the contract that the vehicle came from an auction, and he had charged me the list value, came up with the small talk that it was a Financing Auction and that it was brand new, worth the value of the Fipe table, any lay person knows that a vehicle with passage through an auction has its price depreciated by up to 40% below the table or more. Suspicious of the Report and due to several problems that occurred with the vehicle, I took the aforementioned car to the company Super Visão, which failed the vehicle and pointed out that the car was "CLAIMED", as seen in the attached image. So whoever bought the GM/Prisma vehicle was also injured and so many others who can't even imagine having been deceived by this Faction called J10 Multimarcas, which is owned by Mr. Jeferson da Silva Nascimento and the 3rd Vision Expert Mr. Rafael Tavares Marchal Ricci, who omitted that the Fox vehicle had been “CLAIMED”, information contained in the database of all companies accredited by the Detran. They make us take the vehicle to the company Super Visão (which doesn't miss anything) and then when it's time to sell it, they come with a Cautelar Report from other companies. I also report against this Store that they did not provide me with an Invoice (tax evasion crime); they have not transferred the car to my name to date; adulterated the entry value in the financing agreement of Banco Bradesco. In view of the facts, I prepared the Occurrence Bulletin No. 223321/2222, due to the crime of Tax Evasion and Fraud in Precautionary Report; communication of the facts in the Ombudsman of the company 3ª Visão; Banco Bradesco Ombudsman, in view of the fact that the vehicle was financed and “in theory” belongs to the Bank; Detran Ombudsman; Communication of the crime of tax evasion at the Secretary of Finance; in addition to prosecuting them, and the Judge may request from these companies, previous reports and confront them, with the accused being detained from the Hearing. I know that nothing will change this message, but it serves to alert other consumers of how there are dishonest people in this business.
