Em menos de 20 dias o produto apresentou sinais de vício e falta de resiliência onde durmo. A região do pé onde não há peso depositado continuava macio e resto compacto e duro, causando dores na cintura quando de lado e na lombar quando de barriga pra cima.
Entrei em contato e tudo que disseram foi para CHACOALHAR o produto. Chega a ser uma resposta patética e ofensiva para o consumidor que está sentindo dores por causa do produto.
Tentei contato novamente e zero ajuda para solucionar o problema.
Na hora de vender, toda simpatia do mundo, para resolver insatisfação, esquece pois você vai ficar na mão.
Não recomendo a ninguém, usei 3 semanas e agora esta guardado... dinheiro jogado no lixo.
I bought a pillow top at the store last month.
In less than 20 days the product showed signs of addiction and lack of resilience where I sleep. The area of the foot where there is no weight deposited was still soft and the rest compact and hard, causing pain in the waist when on the side and in the lumbar when on the belly up.
I got in touch and all they said was to CHACOALHAR the product. It gets to be a pathetic and offensive response for the consumer who is in pain because of the product.
I tried to contact again and zero help to solve the problem.
When it comes to selling, all the sympathy in the world, to resolve dissatisfaction, forget it because you will be at hand.
I don't recommend it to anyone, I used it for 3 weeks and now it's saved ... money thrown in the trash.
