Onde já se viu um laboratório prestador de serviços que não sabe qual convênio atender e mandar os pacientes procurar se lá atendem. Minha mãe é uma senhora idosa e paga pra ter esse atendimento. Um absurdo.

Terrible. Rude person who doesn't know how to answer, give information.
Where there has already been a service provider laboratory that does not know which health plan to attend and send patients to seek care if they attend there. My mother is an elderly woman and she pays for this service. It was absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e atendentes muito mal educada , não sabe dar informação , fala uma coisa depois quando a gente chega pra fazer o exame diz outra coisa totalmente diferente e manda voltar outro dia péssimo atendimento tem que rever esse quadro de funcionários
Terrible service and very rude attendants , she does not know how to give information , she says something later when we arrive for the exam she says something completely different and sends back another bad service , she has to review this staff
