★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia de 12 de Julho/2021 minha vendedora Simone Tavares no qual eu já conversava há alguns meses, me apresentou um veiculo do meu interesse e informou que tinha acabado de entrar na loja e para evitar a venda em outra unidade guardou e já me comunicou não deixando disponivel na cartela de vendas das lojas com um sinal então o fiz e no mesmo dia encaminhei meus documentos para proposta, dia 16/08/21 fui até a loja fazer teste drive e conhecer o veículo, e ele estava com algumas ranhuras (ferrugem) e na parte frontal inferior amarelado em cima da pintura, o retrovisor direito era pararelo não original mas isso foi de menos, pois foi informado que seria polido e certas ranhuras seriam cobertas, nesse mesmo dia assinei a proposta e depositei o restante do dinheiro e foi informado pelo Matheus que em 10 dias entregariam o veiculo. No dia 17/08/21 preenchi o contrato digital com minhas fotos e encaminhei a loja, desde então venho aguardando a liberação do meu veículo, após tentativas de falar com gerente e espera na ligação, tentei falar novamente com a vendedora, no dia 03/08/2021 a ela me passou o telefone do gerente Ton (Cleriston) no qual já estava responsavel pelas informações e me confirmou o que a Simone já tinha me passado, que quando foi vendido ainda não estava em nome da empresa e por isso o Banco no qual financiei não pagaram e consequentemente não liberaram o meu veiculo, Ton disse que o despachante esta cuidando do caso e me deu até dia 10/08/21.
Não entendo o porque de tanta demora para emissão de um documento, no qual esta me penalizando por isso. Quero meu veículo e imagino que algo de errado esta acontecendo, vai fazer 1 mês de compra e nada.
 On July 12, 2021, my salesperson Simone Tavares, who I had been talking to for a few months, introduced me to a vehicle of interest and informed me that she had just entered the store and to avoid selling it in another unit, she kept it and already told me not leaving it available on the sales card of the stores with a sign so I did it and on the same day I sent my documents for proposal, on 08/16/21 I went to the store to test drive and see the vehicle, and it had some grooves ( rust) and on the lower front part yellowish on top of the paint, the right rearview mirror was non-original but that was too little, as I was informed that it would be polished and certain grooves would be covered, that same day I signed the proposal and deposited the rest of the money and was informed by Matheus that in 10 days they would deliver the vehicle. On 8/17/21 I filled out the digital contract with my photos and forwarded the store, since then I have been waiting for the release of my vehicle, after trying to speak to the manager and waiting for the call, I tried to speak again with the seller, on the 3rd /08/2021 she gave me the phone number of the manager Ton (Cleriston) who was already responsible for the information and confirmed to me what Simone had already given me, that when it was sold it was not in the name of the company and that's why the Bank I financed did not pay and consequently did not release my vehicle, Ton said that the dispatcher is taking care of the case and gave me until 08/10/21.
I don't understand why it took so long to issue a document, which is penalizing me for it. I want my vehicle and I imagine that something is wrong, it will make 1 month of purchase and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Referente ao carro não tenho o que reclamar, pois tenho Jac desde 2018, e nunca tive nenhum problema, o primeiro comprei na loja do Aricanduva, fui bem atendida e vendedor cumpriu com todo o combinado.
Agora quanto essa loja da Av. Europa, só por Deus, no dia da compra o vendedor Paulo me ligava de 2 em 2 min, armaram todo o circo e eu sendo a palhaça da história, depois da venda concluída, a novela começou, primeiro para retirar o carro, demorou tanto, que deu tempo de pagar até a primeira parcela, isso sem eu ter o carro, não informam sobre IPVA, onde começa todo o erro, falta de informações que o vendedor não se atenta e depois fala "Ahh passou batido". Quando retirei o carro da loja com mais de 30 dias e ainda sem emplacar, vendedor informou que ia sair com a NOTA com a data que estava retirando o carro que era no dia 23/07/2021, eles agem de má fé e com pilantragem, me entregaram a nota com a data que o carro chegou na loja no dia 15/06/2021., e até hoje estou rodando sem placa, sem documento e ninguém me atende e nem resolve o meu caso, uma falta de responsabilidade e de respeito com as pessoas.
Já faz mais de 60 dias que estou sem emplacar o carro
O atendimento péssimo dessa loja, não recomendo para ninguém.

Europa, for God's sake, on the day of purchase, the salesperson Paulo would call me every 2 minutes, they set up the whole circus and I was the clown of the story, after the sale was concluded, the soap opera began, first to remove the car, it took so long, that I had time to pay up to the first installment, that without me having the car, they do not inform about property tax, where all the error starts, lack of information that the seller does not pay attention to and then says "Ahh passed over". When I removed the car from the store with more than 30 days and still without a license plate, the seller informed that he would leave with the NOTE with the date he was removing the car, which was on 07/23/2021, they act in bad faith and with swindling , they handed me the note with the date that the car arrived at the store on 6/15/2021., and to this day I'm running without a license plate, without a document and no one attends me or solves my case, a lack of responsibility and Respect for people.
It's been over 60 days since my car
The terrible service at this store, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Maior arrependimento da minha vida foi ter confiado nessa agência e em seus funcionários para a compra do meu carro. O atendimento inicial foi incrível e realmente te faz acreditar que vai ser um ótimo negócio. O pós venda, no entanto, é um desespero para o cliente.
Compramos um JAC T40 A VISTA e além da demora na entrega do carro (não acreditem nos prazos NUNCA) o carro estava HORRENDO. Ao ver o estado do carro (Pneu completamente careca, rodas marcadas e várias marcas no carro), desistimos da compra e solicitamos nosso dinheiro de volta e pasmem: ATÉ HOJE (18 DIAS APÓS A DESISTÊNCIA, O DINHEIRO NÃO FOI DEVOLVIDO. NÃO ATENDEM NOSSAS LIGAÇÕES E QUANDO CONSEGUIMOS FALAR COM ALGUÉM, NOS ENROLAM E NÃO DÃO NENHUMA POSIÇÃO)
Já estamos tomando as devidas providências com justiça e tudo que temos direito, mas senti uma necessidade de alertar para que ninguém mais precise passar por esse tipo de situação (o sonho do carro novo se transformou no maior pesadelo de nossas vidas).
TENHAM MUITA ATENÇÃO E ESPERO QUE MAIS NINGUÉM PRECISE PASSAR PELO OQUE ESTAMOS PASSANDO NA MÃO DESSE TIME IRRESPONSÁVEL!!!!!!
The worst experience of my life!!!!
The biggest regret of my life was having trusted this agency and its employees to buy my car. The initial service was amazing and it really makes you believe it will be a great deal. The after-sales, however, is a desperation for the customer.
We bought a JAC T40 AT VIEW and besides the delay in delivering the car (NEVER believe the deadlines) the car was HORRENDOUS. When seeing the condition of the car (tire completely bald, marked wheels and several marks on the car), we give up the purchase and ask for our money back and wonder: UNTIL TODAY (18 DAYS AFTER THE WITHDRAWAL, THE MONEY WAS NOT RETURNED. CONNECTIONS AND WHEN WE ARE ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE, THEY WRAP US IN AND DON'T GIVE ANY POSITION)
We are already taking the necessary measures with justice and everything we are entitled to, but I felt a need to warn that no one else needs to go through this type of situation (the dream of a new car has become the biggest nightmare of our lives).
PLEASE BE VERY ATTENTION AND I HOPE NO ONE ELSE NEEDS TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE ARE GOING INTO THE HAND OF THIS IRRESPONSIBLE TEAM!!!!!!

Comprei o JAC T40 usado na concessionária, o mesmo não estava na loja no dia, mas fiz um teste drive em outro do mesmo modelo de cor diferente. Gostei do carro e adquiri o da cor que queria sem ver o carro, porem com a promessa que entregaria perfeito. Eu precisava do carro no prazo de 10 dias, e confirmaram a entrega. Porem 15 dias se passaram e não me deram nem sinal do que estava ocorrendo, após muita insistência consegui pegar o carro com 17 dias e quando cheguei estava em péssimo estado: pintura do carro toda marcada, para-choque amassado, pontos amassados na porta, pintura descascando na travessa do teto, pneu careca e AR condicionado fazendo barulho. O vendedor super sem graça prometeu que tudo seria arrumado. Desde então venho sendo tratada com MUITO MACHISMO (a ponto de dizer que "ar condicionado faz barulho mesmo") e desprezo. Tentaram amenizar a situação me oferecendo a próxima revisão gratuita na concessionária (registrado em email).
Deixei o carro na concessionária para resolverem os problemas e nada foi feito, e para piorar me entregaram um laudo do carro de 1 ano atrás (sendo que a validade é 60 de dias). Naquele momento DESFIZ a compra e esta sendo a pior parte. Assinei um documento de cancelamento com a promessa de receber meu dinheiro de volta em 15 dias, no último dia tentei ligar 32 vezes para todos da concessionária e ninguém me retorna, apenas dizem que estão em reunião e não podem atender. Já se passaram 18 dias e até hoje NADA DE RECEBER MEU DINHEIRO. Eu só quero meu dinheiro de volta pra ESQUECER que essa concessionária existe. Ton, Paulo e Matheus, evitem fazer qualquer compra com estes homens.
Misappropriation and Embezzlement.
I bought the used JAC T40 at the dealership, it wasn't in the store that day, but I did a test drive on another one of the same model in a different color. I liked the car and got the color I wanted without seeing the car, but with the promise that it would deliver perfect. I needed the car within 10 days, and they confirmed delivery. But 15 days went by and they gave me no sign of what was happening, after a lot of insistence I managed to get the car at 17 days and when I arrived it was in very bad shape: car paint all marked, dented bumper, dented spots on the door, paint peeling on the roof transom, bald tire and air conditioner rattling. The super bland seller promised that everything would be fixed. Since then I have been treated with A LOT of MACHISMO (to the point of saying that "air conditioning really makes noise") and contempt. They tried to ease the situation by offering me the next free review at the dealership (registered in email).
I left the car at the dealership to solve the problems and nothing was done, and to make matters worse they gave me a report of the car from 1 year ago (with the validity period being 60 days). At that moment I UNDO the purchase and it was the worst part. I signed a cancellation document with the promise of getting my money back in 15 days, on the last day I tried to call everyone at the dealership 32 times and no one returns, they just say they are in a meeting and can't answer. It's been 18 days and until today I have NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. I just want my money back to FORGET this dealership exists. Ton, Paulo and Matheus, avoid making any purchases with these men.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena que não posso dar zero, senti que me trataram feito lixo. Não cumpriram com o prazo combinado, e quando foram me entregar o veículo o mesmo estava todo arranhado e ainda tiveram a audácia de me dizer que fizeram toda a funilaria do veículo e que o que eu estava vendo era normal (segue fotos do padrão de qualidade que a Jac oferece ao entregar um veículo “normal” ao cliente). Desisti da compra, meu dinheiro está com a loja desde o dia 05/08/2021 e até hoje não me devolveram.
ANDE A PÉ, MAS NAO COMPRE UM VEÍCULO NESSE LUGAR.
Too bad I can't give zero, I felt they treated me like garbage. They didn't meet the agreed deadline, and when they delivered the vehicle to me, it was all scratched up and they even had the audacity to tell me that they did all the vehicle bodywork and that what I was seeing was normal (see photos of the quality standard that Jac offers when delivering a “normal” vehicle to the customer). I gave up on the purchase, my money has been with the store since 08/05/2021 and until today they haven't returned it to me.
WALK ON FOOT BUT DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE IN THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um t 40 na na jac da avinida Europa com a vendedora Gisele ganhei a revisão com as peças 100%grats aí quando chegou pra a hora de fazer a revisão começou minha tortura pra marcar consiguimos marca . Aí me ligou o Janderson falando q queria uns dias pra arrumar todos os detalhes q o gerente tinha me prometido olha meu carro ficou 9 dias na oficina da jac lá no Ipiranga e não foi feito nada eles conseguiram acabar com meu carro a pintura veio manchada e q nem uma lixa fizeram uma gambiarra mal feita no farol rasgaram dois pneus meus e arranharam a roda como se não bastasse eu levei meu carro no centro automotivo pra ver não trocaram o óleo e nem filtro aí eu perguntei pra janderson oq eles fizeram com o carro durante os 9 dias q ficou lá . Olha ele me falou q não foi combinado de trocar o óleo eu falei pra mas era uma revisão tinha q ter trocado nossa ilha q desgosto q eu tô ligo lá eles abrem um chamado e tenho q esperar a boa vontade dele pra resolver isso . Aí vc olha nas redes sociais o presidente Sérgio Habib fala q tem um e-mail direto com ele fala de transparência q ele lê os e-mails mentira nunca compre um jac muito menos na avenida Europa já fiz uma reclamação aqui e eles não responderam não sei mais oq eu faço agora vou procurar a mídia e expor isso fora tenho mais 3 vídeos q eu não consigo postar q rasgaram dois pneus e arranharam feio minha roda e deixaram a pintura do meu carro toda manchada

Then you look on social media President Sérgio Habib says he has a direct email with him talks about transparency that he reads emails a lie never buy a jac much less on Europa Avenue I already made a complaint here and they didn't answer no I know more what I do now I'm going to look for the media and expose this outside I have 3 more videos that I can't post that tore two tires and scratched my wheel badly and left the paint on my car all stained
