★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the showroom and was made to feel very unwelcome. We’re visiting from Australia 30hrs transit away and we’re excited to see which cars they had in stock and talk with them about how things are for Lamborghini in Brazil. We were met with a rude staff member that wasn’t interested in talking to us what so ever, even though we were the only people in the showroom. We were trying to be friendly and ask questions but felt as if we were interrupting something important. Considering I work with the same brand in Australia I was extremely disappointed. If a person from another country visited us in Australia we would want to find out about how things run in their country, offer a drink or coffee and a tour of our facility, his was the opposite of what we experienced. I truly hope that they don’t treat everyone that walks through the door in the same way. If it is I’d be concerned on whether they’re losing sales due to their arrogance and instantly profiling us as we walked in. I know this isn’t a reflection of the Lamborghini brand but I fear if other people were to walk in and receive the same experience it would taint peoples view of Lamborghini as a brand.
