★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido pelo ifood o mesmo demorou mais de 35 minutos para ser entregue, depois que chegou o pedido foi cancelado pelo aplicativo, o motoboy retornou para receber o valor quando fui pagar o valor que estava no aplicativo o mesmo queria receber um valor maior que me recusei a pagar, ao ligar na loja para tentar resolver uma pessoa que que se disse o dono é ter 5 lojas espalhadas por São Paulo disse que se não pagasse o valor maior não Precisaria pagar, porém eu não tinha o valor que estavam me cobrando, enfim é o cúmulo foi o entregador dizer que tinha passagem e nós ameaçar dizendo que viria cobrar pois tinha meu endereço e marcou meu rosto.
 I placed an order through ifood, it took more than 35 minutes to be delivered, after it arrived the order was canceled by the app, the motoboy returned to receive the amount when I went to pay the amount that was in the app, he wanted to receive a higher amount than I refused to pay, when I called the store to try to solve a person who said the owner has 5 stores spread across São Paulo said that if I didn't pay the higher amount I wouldn't need to pay, but I didn't have the amount they were charging me Anyway, the last thing was the delivery man saying he had a ticket and we threatened him saying he would come charge because he had my address and marked my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pedido teve atraso e após solicitar ajuda no Ifood o estabelecimento me ligou dizendo que eu havia cancelado, porém, não constava nenhum cancelamento. Somente após saída do motoboy constou que foi cancelado.
O motoboy voltou e tive que fazer o pagamento ao motoboy com um valor de acréscimo de uns 20 reais de taxa que segundo ele era por ter voltado.
Em resumo meu pedido atrasou, o estabelecimento prestou um atendimento péssimo e por fim ainda tive que pagar um valor maior ao motoboy.

Após já entregue nosso pedido foi cancelado e ainda tivemos o constrangimento de sermos cobrados em porta a 24:00 pm, tivemos que pagar uma nova taxa de R$20,00, falta de organização e atendimento. Só prejuízo! Perdemos temos, dinheiro e paciência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível, pedi meu lanche pelo ifood e ele veio cru, fui avisar a recepcionista e ela foi super grossa, disse q o atendimento era horrível e ela disse q era msm, questionei q não veio um guardanapo, nem sache e o hambúrguer cru e ela falou q eu deveria ter avisado, sendo q esses itens são o mínimo de qqr estabelecimento e eles tem q colocar nas opções se quer o hambirgue ao ponto até pq veio mais do q cru meu lanche! Péssimo em tudo, principalmente no atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi o lanche jalapeño e como podem ver na foto, o lanche é minúsculo, veio com um pedaço fino de tomate também minúsculo, na descrição diz vir Maionese porém não havia molho nenhum no lanche, o queijo mau da pra notar que tem no lanche, é um daqueles queijos quadrados e o cozinheiro cortou na metade. Pedi também um jacas burguer com uma carne adicional e não veio a carne adicional, veio um Bacon minúsculo e nada de maionese. Nao recomendo de forma alguma. Qualidade 0
I ordered the jalapeño snack and as you can see in the photo, the snack is tiny, it came with a thin piece of tomato also tiny, in the description it says mayonnaise came but there was no sauce in the snack, the bad cheese you can see that it has in the snack, it's one of those square cheeses and the cook cut it in half. I also ordered a jackfruit burguer with an additional meat and there was no additional meat, there was a tiny bacon and no mayonnaise. I don't recommend it at all. quality 0
