Alguns pontos a seres analisados: Existem poucas mesas, talvez devido a situação que o País vem passando. Outro ponto desagradável é que por ser localizado dentro da Rodoviária, existem muito fluxo de gente passando e moradores de rua que ficam pedindo.

Meu sobrinho de 5 anos pediu um xburger e eu paguei separado em menos de um minuto, nosso lanche chegou e demorou mais "32 minutos" pro xburger de uma criança ficar pronto! Ele viu todo nós comendo e o lanche dele nao chegava. Perguntei 3 vezes do xburger e só falavam pra aguardar... por fim o menino durmiu na cadeira sem o lanche e novamente eu questionei da demora, a atendente simplesmente disse q ja tinha me entregado o pedido, tanto eu qnto o rapaz do caixa negou, e eu mostrei a senha. Dai ela pegou um lanche qualquer e me entregou, MAIS DE MEIA HORA DE ATRASO, POR UM X BURGER Foi lamentavel essa situação, primeira e ultima vez no local! Nossa senha era 684.
Yesterday 12/23 I ordered 4 snacks, 2 cones, 1 juice and potato. My 5 year old nephew ordered an xburger and I paid separately in less than a minute, our lunch arrived and it took another "32 minutes" for a child's xburger to be ready! He saw all of us eating and his lunch didn't arrive. I asked about the xburger 3 times and they only told me to wait... finally the boy slept in the chair without the snack and again I questioned the delay, the attendant simply said that the order had already been delivered to me, both me and the cashier denied it , and I showed the password. Then she took any snack and gave it to me, MORE THAN HALF HOUR LATE, FOR AN X BURGER This situation was unfortunate, first and last time at the place! Our password was 684.
