★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que peço,Lanche até que gostoso, porém os dois lanches que pedi estavam com os hambúrgueres queimados embaixo, deixando o lanche totalmente com gosto de queimado. O combo vale a pena, porém seria melhor se não tivessem queimado os dois hambúrguer adicionais que paguei.
 First time I order, Snack is quite tasty, but the two snacks I ordered had the hamburgers burnt underneath, leaving the snack with a completely burnt taste. The combo is worth it, but it would have been better if they hadn't burned the two extra burgers I paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar registrada minha decepção na última visita que fiz ao restaurante. Já era cliente de vocês quando era no outro endereço da Av. do Café e amava o hambúrguer, o ambiente, tudo. No último feriado fui novamente e me surpreendi negativamente, primeiro pela mudança do local para junto de um Bar, sem uma boa sinalização pros cliente. Dei 3 voltas até conseguir encontrar o local que agora fica junto do Muuh bar. Achei uma péssima idéia juntar a Hamburgueria com o bar, pois é outra vibe. Além disso, o hambúrguer não tem mais a mesma qualidade, não tem mais a opção de combo com batata e refrigerante. No dia que fui, a fritadeira estava quebrada e não tinha como pedir batata, mas mesmo assim pedimos o hambúrguer para não perder a viagem. E mais uma surpresa negativa, os hambúrgueres vieram minúsculos perto do tamanho do pão, praticamente metade do pão. E pra finalizar, o lanche veio frio. Enfim, apenas um desabafo para dizer que gostava muito do restaurante, mas agora não recomendo. Espero que sirva para melhorarem e recuperar a qualidade e os clientes.
I want to record my disappointment on the last visit I made to the restaurant. I was already your customer when I was at another address on Av. do Café and I loved the hamburger, the atmosphere, everything. On the last holiday I went again and was negatively surprised, first by the change of location to a Bar, without good signage for the customer. I walked around 3 times until I found the place that is now next to the Muuh bar. I thought it was a bad idea to join the Hamburgeria with the bar, as it's another vibe. In addition, the hamburger is no longer of the same quality, there is no longer the option of combo with potato and soda. The day I went, the fryer was broken and there was no way to ask for potatoes, but even so we ordered the hamburger so as not to miss the trip. And one more negative surprise, the hamburgers came tiny, close to the size of the bun, practically half the bun. And finally, the snack was cold. Anyway, just an outburst to say that I liked the restaurant a lot, but now I don't recommend it. I hope it serves to improve and recover quality and customers.

1) musica alta e não consegue ouvir as pessoas que estavam na mesa e nem falar
2) Eu pedi um lanche bem passado e veio queimado
3)Como demorou para chegar o lanche , a batata estava fria quando chegou. Recomendo trazer o refrigerante e a batata antes enquanto faz o o lanche.
No geral a experiência não foi agradável e o preço foi caro.
Points that can be improved:
1) loud music and can't hear the people at the table or speak
2) I ordered a well-done snack and it was burnt
3) As the snack took time, the potato was cold when it arrived. I recommend bringing the soda and potatoes before you have a snack.
Overall the experience was not pleasant and the price was expensive.

Quando eles não atrasam mais de 1 hora na entrega, e o lanche chega frio, eles simplesmente mandam os pedidos errados, você paga por cebola e eles mandam batata quase crua, o combo sem o molho. E quando você vai questionar pelo WhatsApp, só sabem pedir desculpas, e ainda falam que o produto acabou e mandaram outro no lugar sem se quer perguntar para o cliente se ele aceitaria! Atendimento e qualidade caiu totalmente, por isso vivem fazendo promoções e oferecendo descontos, e nem com descontos compensa pedir nada nesse lugar mais! Decepção total!
Terrible! When they are not more than 1 hour late in delivery, and the snack arrives cold, they simply send the wrong orders, you pay for onions and they send almost raw potatoes, the combo without the sauce. And when you go to ask via WhatsApp, they only know how to apologize, and they still say that the product is over and they sent another one in its place without asking the customer if he would accept it! Service and quality have completely dropped, that's why they keep doing promotions and offering discounts, and even with discounts it's not worth asking for anything else in this place! Total disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há uns 2 anos atrás fui e achei os atendentes muito grosseiros e antipáticos. Resolvi dar mais uma chance na semana passada e me surpreendi. Atendimento nota 1000 do Vinícius, além do lanche estar sempre incrível.
About 2 years ago I went and found the attendants very rude and obnoxious. I decided to give it another chance last week and I was surprised. Vinícius's top 1000 service, and the snack is always amazing.
