★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duas estrelas não pela qualidade do local, e os serviços prestados, pois são excelentes profissionais, mas em relação ao atendimento de uma das atendentes principais, fui destratado por ter chegado a pé, pois parei meu veículo em outro lugar e quando cheguei nem a porta abriram, mal falaram comigo, eu que tive que ir atrás dos meus horários, em seguida chegou duas clientes e o atendimento foi outro, abriram a porta, cumprimentaram, ofereceram lugar para se assentar.
Muito despreparo para uma atendente, falta de respeito total e descaso.
Desejo toda sorte e prosperidade do mundo para o salão, pois merecem por cada serviço prestado, mas essa atendente tem muito oque rever dos conceitos que seus pais à ensinaram.

Very unprepared for an attendant, lack of total respect and disregard.
I wish the salon all the luck and prosperity in the world, as they deserve it for every service they provide, but this attendant has a lot to review about the concepts her parents taught her.

No entanto, ele ofereceu fazer uma escova para vermos o penteado finalizado (No Jacques Janine de Santo André eles fizeram o mesmo corte pelo mesmo valor com a escova) e quando fui pagar a conta quase caí para trás. Mais de 150 reais por uma escova num cabelo curtíssimo. Ele poderia ter me avisado sobre e cobrança e o preço. Frequento os salões da rede e não gostei disso. Prefiro o dos Jardins ou o de Santo André.

As manicures são muito gentis e educadas, gostei bastante das que atenderam a mim e a minha mãe. Espero que o local sempre valorize essas profissionais.
Infelizmente fui fazer as unhas para o meu casamento e a minha manicure tirou dois bifes, eu esperava um pouquinho mais de delicadeza devido à finalidade do serviço e pelo alto valor cobrado, mas sei que acontece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo esse Salão, tanto o ambiente quanto o atendimento dos funcionários é de se elogiar. Mas quem eu não troco por nada é o profissional Fred Xavier. Meu cabelo foi outro a partir do momento que comecei a fazer luzes e corte com ele. É daqueles profissionais que sabe o limite de loiro que seu cabelo aguenta e não ultrapassa ele, mesmo que isso não agrade o cliente. Para mim isso que é um profissional de verdade, Ético além da competência.
Mas no geral todos do salão são super solícitos e do bem. Vale a pena conhecer.
I love this Salon, both the atmosphere and the service of the employees are to be praised. But who I wouldn't trade for anything is the professional Fred Xavier. My hair was different from the moment I started doing highlights and cutting it. It's one of those professionals who knows the limit of blonde that their hair can handle and doesn't go beyond it, even if it doesn't please the client. For me, what is a real professional, ethical beyond competence.
But in general everyone in the salon is super helpful and good. Worth knowing.
