★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo resposta alguma pelo whatsapp da empresa, comuniquei que o GPS manda para uma rua sem saída, gostaria de passar informações exata de como chegar ao meu endereço, mas não consigo falar com ninguém do setor de entrega, falei apenas com a moça da loja de Piedade que foi bem simpática comigo e me orientou a entrar em contato novamente pelo whatsapp. E sem contar que o rastreamento não está atualizado, acredito que já passou do prazo de entrega, preciso de uma resposta concreta, desde dê já agradeço!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERGONHA uma empresa totalmente irresponsável e desorganizada. Comprei meu creme de cabelo da empresa Plancton, e escolhi o endereço da Barreto de Menezes em Piedade que ao lado do Shopping Guararapes onde trabalho. Fui por duas vezes nesse endereço e não encontrava, mostrava como se fosse no estacionamento do shopping, tentei falar incansavelmente com a Plancton pedindo um ponto de referencia e eles apenas se limitava no endereço, tentei falar com a central da Jadlog e não atendem, quando atendem desliga. Quando consegui a atendente me passo o endereço de Jardim Jordão, fui até lá e pra surpresa essa unidade fechou a mais de 2 meses. Voltei a ligar pra Jadlog e consegui um anjo Chamando Andreza que me deu o ponto de referencia “Posto Petrosol” então enfim encontrei esse ponto que é uma loja de conveniência dentro do posto, mas pra supressa minha, não estava lá minha encomenda. Então estou aqui comecei a fazer muita confusão e ameaçar a colocar em todas as redes sociais e chamar um carro de som, só não chamei ainda, porque encontrei mais um ango chamada Sueli , uma pessoa muito do bem, muito carinhosa e sensível com nossos problemas, e começou a ligar pra um monte de gente pra tentar resolver, ela que me acalmou, assim também com ao meu marido e mais 2 pessoas que estavam estressadas na mesma situação e disse que iria nos ajudar. Então estou nesse momento esperando meu produto até a hora de fechar aqui, se não vou chamar a imprensa e mostrar a quantidade de reclamações que vocês tem. NÃO COMPREM NADA PRA USAR A TRANSPORTADORA JADLOG

I called back to Jadlog and got an angel Calling Andreza who gave me the point of reference “Petrosol Station” so I finally found this point which is a convenience store inside the station, but to surprise myself, my order wasn't there. So here I started to make a lot of confusion and threaten to put it on all social networks and call a car stereo, I just haven't called it yet, because I found another ango named Sueli, a very good person, very affectionate and sensitive to our problems , and she started calling a lot of people to try to solve it, she calmed me down, as well as my husband and 2 other people who were stressed in the same situation and said she would help us. So I'm currently waiting for my product until closing time, otherwise I'm going to call the press and show the amount of complaints you have. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING TO USE THE JADLOG CARRIER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acho que o problema seja a o pessoal da jadlog da nossa região. Em São Paulo eles retiraram a minha encomenda e enviaram para a unidade de CO OLINDA 01 praticamente no mesmo dia. O problema é quando chega aqui ai começa a balburdia! Uma compra que eu fiz no Aliexpress entregue pelos correios chegou primeiro do que a compra que eu fiz na Terabyte entregue pela Jadlog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o Atendimento é Péssimo! faz mais de 13 dias que aguardo uma entrega e ninguém me responde! paguei o frete e é direito meu de receber a mercadoria no prazo! é uma falta de respeito com o cliente, que nem pra atenderem uma ligação ou responderem no email ninguém responde! um descaso total. Atrasam e quando ligamos pra questionar querem ficar cheios de direitos dando desculpas como resposta! irei procurar meus direitos, pois paguei pelo serviço e ele não foi realizado.
Service is Terrible! I've been waiting for a delivery for over 13 days and no one responds! I paid the shipping and it is my right to receive the goods on time! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que fiz a compra a transportadora mim deram 11 dias para fazer a entrega.
Já faz 1 mês e meio, entrei em contato com a moça da loja muito simpática. aliás é a única que atende o telefone, a mesma mim o deu o contato da empresa que é whatsapp entrei em contato e já faz 3 dias e nenhuma resposta, voltei a falar com a moça pra sabe se tinha algum problema com o endereço a mesma informou que estava tudo certo que não tinha problema algum que só faltava entrega.
Obs: ontem dia 16/03/22, vi o carro da transportadora onde eu moro, fui perguntar a o motorista se avia alguma encomenda em meu nome ele informou que avia uma encomenda porém não era a minha, era de outro cliente.
Se Já avia uma encomenda para este endereço porque não mandaram a minha também , se já passou do prazo de entrega.? eles só colocam endereço não localizado.?.
Como é que vocês querem mais clientes se não faz por onde isso acontece.?

Note: yesterday 03/16/22, I saw the carrier's car where I live, I went to ask the driver if he had an order in my name, he informed that he had an order but it wasn't mine, it was from another customer.
If I already sent an order to this address why didn't they send mine too, if the delivery deadline has passed.? they just put address not found.?.
How do you want more customers if you don't do it where it happens.?

Já colocaram no sistema 6x que não encontraram meu endereço, repassei todos os detalhes, e ainda não acharam, ligo todos os dias e eles me dizem que o produto está em rota. Até me sugeriram ir lá buscar meu produto. Isso é um absurdo, sempre recebi produtos no meu endereço e nunca tive problema com nenhuma transportadora. Um agente de Gabriel foi super grosso quando ligamos, um absurdo, ainda não recebi meu produto e não recomendo essa transportadora. Pior que já vi!
I had a delivery to receive up to day 20/01 and so far not received. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difícil de encontrar o local certo para despachar a encomenda, tudo muito desorganizado, ficam mandando ir nas para a outra filial onde podem resolver tudo em um mesmo local, nunca atendem o telefone e não passam informações coerente.
