Terrible carrier, doesn't give any news and my order has been delayed for almost 10 days. I'm just giving one star in the hope that they will deliver.

The delivery was not made, it took 4 days, it's nothing. I wanted to go there to pick up my order. At least the service was fast, I managed to pick up my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com 2 entregas minhas, fiquei preocupada por conta da demora em sair meus pedidos por ser coisas do meu bebê, mas entrei em contato com a unidade e a menina que me atendeu me explicou o ocorrido e me ajudou inclusive vendo a situação de cada pedido. Não sei o nome da menina, mas fiquei muito grata pelo atendimento, me deixou mais tranquila.
I had a problem with 2 of my deliveries, I was worried because of the delay in leaving my orders because they were things for my baby, but I contacted the unit and the girl who answered me explained what happened and helped me, including seeing the situation of each order. I don't know the girl's name, but I was very grateful for the service, it made me feel calmer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressionante o descaso! Desde 20/12 minha encomenda saiu de Brasília e já viajou pra várias Jadlogs! Na última terça-feira, dia 28/12, liguei para Jadlog Maricá e me informaram que a encomenda estava lá e ia chegar dia 30/12 e até agora nada.Espero realmente que chegue!!!
Impressive neglect! Since 12/20 my order left Brasília and has already traveled to several Jadlogs! Last Tuesday, 12/28, I called Jadlog Maricá and they informed me that the order was there and would arrive on 12/30 and so far nothing. I really hope it arrives!!!
