★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento estava ok até o vendedor Pinheiro me mandar as tintas que pedi erradas. Pedi uma tinta vermelha para madeira e ele me mandou um Verniz. Eu pedi um cimento queimado de 5kg da Suvinil, mandei a referência para o mesmo via whatsapp do que eu queria, ele disse que tinha em outra loja e mandaria buscar, depois me mandou uma lata com uma tinta cinza que não era o que eu queria. Acredito que o vendedor agiu de má fé. Porque eu entreguei todas as referências de todas as tintas que eu queria.
The service was ok until the seller Pinheiro sent me the paints I asked for wrong. I asked for red wood paint and he sent me a varnish. I ordered a 5kg burnt cement from Suvinil, sent the reference to the same via whatsapp of what I wanted, he said he had it in another store and would send it for me, then he sent me a can with gray paint that was not what I wanted . I believe the seller acted in bad faith. Because I gave all the references for all the paints I wanted.
