★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja. após visitar inúmeras concessionárias, essa de longe foi uma das poucas que realmente me passou segurança. A empresa tem um jeito bem familiar, e os funcionários são prestativos.
Me deixaram a vontade para conferir o veículo e fazer o test-drive, mesmo com o mesmo estando sem seguro. A negociação foi muito tranquila, nem parecia que estávamos comprando um carro, pois foi só fazer fazer 2 TEDs, assinar poucos papéis e já podíamos levar o veículo p/ casa.
Nos deram um prazo generoso para efetuar o pagamento, dando tempo o suficiente para fazer o resgate dos valores necessários, e não houve pressão alguma para a realização do pagamento ou concretização do negócio.
O dono, Jairo, se comprometeu a receber o mecânico que eu havia contratado p/ checar o estado do veículo, e demonstrou interesse em ajudar com o que fosse preciso, inclusive corrigindo um pequeno problema que o mesmo havia encontrado, para que o carro saísse de lá zerado.
Dada minha experiência atual, recomendo muito a loja. Quando for comprar um segundo carro, provavelmente consultarei o estoque deles antes de considerar outras opções.
Great store. after visiting countless dealerships, this one by far was one of the few that really gave me security. The company has a very familiar way, and the employees are helpful.
They left me free to check the vehicle and take the test drive, even though it was uninsured. The negotiation was very smooth, it didn't even seem like we were buying a car, because we only had to do 2 TEDs, sign a few papers and we could already take the vehicle home.
They gave us a generous period to make the payment, giving us enough time to redeem the necessary amounts, and there was no pressure to make the payment or close the deal.
The owner, Jairo, promised to receive the mechanic I had hired to check the condition of the vehicle, and showed interest in helping with whatever was necessary, including correcting a small problem that he had encountered, so that the car would leave. from there zeroed out.
Given my current experience, I highly recommend the store. When buying a second car, I will probably check their stock before considering other options.
