A pessoa se negava a prestar informações básicas sobre o serviço, para só depois avisar que estava de férias. Problema nenhum em estar de férias, entretanto não havia aviso nenhum sobre isso, e na internet constava "aberto". O mínimo que se espera de um serviço é educação de quem o presta. Não recomendo.
Today I was at the store and when I touched the intercom I was answered extremely rudely. The person refused to provide basic information about the service, only to later announce that he was on vacation. No problem with being on vacation, however there was no warning about it, and on the internet it was "open". The minimum that is expected of a service is the education of the provider. I do not recommend.

Ocorreu uma reação química nos tecidos dos jalecos. Obedeci todas as orientações da empresa, nos cuidados com o produto.
Mandei um dos jalecos para análise. O mesmo além da mancha amarela, está com mancha azulada. Porém não resolveram o problema. Estou com um jaleco inutilizado e o outro caminhando para o mesmo problema.
Estou decepcionada.

I bought two lab coats in September 2020.
There was a chemical reaction in the lab coat fabrics. I obeyed all the guidelines of the company, in the care of the product.
I sent one of the lab coats for analysis. The same thing besides the yellow spot, it has a bluish spot. However, they did not solve the problem. I have a lab coat unused and the other one is walking towards the same problem.
I am disappointed.
