Essa foi a resposta que obtive deles após pontuar o aumento exagerado e demora de 2 horas, já que consumia regularmente. Ainda me bloquearam e apagaram minha observação no insta. Desrespeito ao consumidor. Não basta qualidade no produto, mas respeito ao consumidor nos faz crescer. Lamentável
"Viviane, thank you for your complaint, but I disagree with the increase, we simply removed the promotions, even so we are still the cheapest in the region, this also explains the delay, there are many orders because it is a quality Japanese food at an affordable price for everyone, we don't want to harm you for that reason I think you have the power to choose where to order your food."
This was the answer I got from them after scoring the exaggerated increase and it takes 2 hours, since I consumed it regularly. They still blocked me and erased my observation on urge. Disrespect for the consumer. Product quality is not enough, but respect for the consumer makes us grow. Unfortunate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um Yakisoba vegetariano para a viagem, ao comer encontrei dois pedaços de frango, um tamanho desrespeito e despreparo, não coloquem opção vegetariana se vcs sequer respeitam isso, é lamentável a ganância a qualquer custo! Imaginem se a pessoa é alérgica, seria hospitalizada por irresponsabilidade de quem preparou.
I ordered a vegetarian Yakisoba for the trip, while eating I found two pieces of chicken, one size disrespectful and unprepared, don't put vegetarian option if you guys even respect that, it's greedy at any cost! Imagine if the person is allergic, would be hospitalized for irresponsibility of those who prepared.

I had a bad time with the salmon temaki, the fish had a stale smell, but I was assured it was fresh. Never.
