★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei o pedido nesse local dia 29/11 um barril da Germânia de 30L para o evento no dia 05/12.
No dia 04/12 (Sábado) as 16:00 o pessoal do estabelecimento me liga informando que NÃO TINHA BARRIL DE 30L, e que só teria um barril de 15L ou 50L.
Tive que aceitar o barril de 50L, pois onde eu iria encontrar uma outra empresa no final de tarde de sábado que tivesse disponível para o dia seguinte.
Falei que não me atenderia barril de 15L e que de 50L era muito. Eles informaram que não conseguiria me atender. E ficou com a impressão que se você quiser é isso que eu tenho. É dessa forma que eles atendem os clientes.
Após o contato telefônico, falei com o Fábio, e entramos em um acordo amigável. Está tudo resolvido. Obrigado pelo retorno Lig Chopp Germânia Ipiranga.
I closed the order at this location on 29/11 for a 30L Germania barrel for the event on 05/12.
On 12/04 (Saturday) at 4:00 pm the establishment staff called me informing me that I DIDN'T HAVE A 30L BARREL, and that I would only have a 15L or 50L barrel.
I had to accept the 50L barrel, because where would I find another company at the end of Saturday afternoon that would be available for the next day.
I said that I wouldn't have a 15L barrel and that 50L was too much. They informed that they would not be able to assist me. And you got the impression that if you want it, this is what I have. That's how they serve their customers.
After the phone contact, I spoke with Fábio, and we entered into a friendly agreement. It's all solved. Thank you for the return Lig Chopp Germânia Ipiranga.
